Clean, friendly hotel. Only stopped over night as passing through. Normal continental breakfast as expected. Charge extra for over night parking in secure underground car park

A tiny bit out of the main area but a very nice walk into the old town. Staff were super helpful by email and in person. Room was big, parking v secure, clean and quiet. If you don’t mind a 10 min walk to the centre then couldn’t do better.

Stay far away from this hotel
Stay away from this hotel. Worst customer service ever. No parking available after says clearly on website parking available. Does not say anywhere need to reserve parking on hotels.com. we only took this hotel for its secure parking so we could leave our fully packed car in the garage overnight. Instead we had to unpack the entire car. Staff wouldnt even allow us to drive in the garage this morning for 5 minutes to pack up the car and we had to drag all out luggage out to the street and make 4 trips wasting 30min. The staff on front desk are so rude and unhelpful. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. When we dared to complain the staff threatened to call the police.

Staff were friendly and polite. Lovely room , free parking across the road. Good breakfast and a great Italian restaurant next door. 15 minutes walk into amazing Troye . Would be very happy to stay there again.

Good overnight stay, staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were large and comfortable, my only niggle was that there was no English speaking TV Chanel’s.

We always stay here in route to the Alpes and the fact we return says it all. Convenient location with parking. A warm welcome, clean comfortable rooms and a great breakfast with lots of choice. We’ll be back. Only marked down due to lack of toilet paper!
