Watch in the small cozy harbors how in the smokehouses the fresh herring becomes a smoked Bornholmer and try the specialty Sol over Gudhjem (Sun over Gudhjem), where a golden smoked herring is served with capers, raw onions and an egg yolk. Bornholm is a mecca for anglers, who can expect unique experiences especially in autumn, winter and spring.
