In general all good. Good parking. very close to the border. Rooms are ok but there is no air conditioning means quite warm. Opening the windows means Moskitos. The Lady in the spa /pool area can be a little bit nicer to the guests!

Rigtig godt hotel, det eneste at sætte fingre på, er sengene, de var noget hårde. Ellers lækkert hotel, med alt, tæt på det hele.

Var lidt bekymret for opholdet grundet de lidt lave karakterer i forskellige anmeldelser. Det viste sig dog at alt var skønneste orden. Roligt veltempereret værelse(Superior) Gode senge. Dejligt badeværelse. Skøn morgenmad blev spist i den dejlige restaurant med pragtfuld udsigt mod Kupfermühle. Et andet plus er den korte afstand til indkøb(50m) og Flensborg

Det er et stort hotel, lidt slidt men okay til prisen. Der var rent og pænt over det hele. Vi havde et lidt større værelse. Sengene var lidt hårde. I hvert fald hvad vi er vandt til 😅 Poolen var lidt kold , men det var os - grader udenfor så det er svært og “holde” på varmen. Især poolen udenfor. Men personalet var søde og venlige.

Indcjeclning gik hurtigt. Det var koldt på værelset da vi ankom(frost udenfor). Væreslet kunne godt trænge til en renovering. Dejligt med vandflaske på værelset. Poolen var lidt koldt, men heldigvis var der et varmt spa. Morgenmad var rimelig, dog uden laktosefri produkter( kun mælk), havde endda skrevet til hotellet om de havde laktosefri yoghurt, hvilket de besvarede med et ja.

Hotellet var okay. Grunden til kun 1 stjerne er at der var skægkræ på værelset. Det er ikke lige dem man ønsker at bringe med hjem. Receptionen fik besked og de vil give den videre. Så håber de får styr på det, da det ellers er et super dejlig hotel.
