Bom hotel, confortável, limpo, com boas opções de café da manhã e jantar, porém com poucas e confusas informações na recepção e com vendedores do novo resort sendo ostensivos na abordagem. Fui pra descansar, não pra comprar cotas no novo resort.

The hotel is ok to stay although the bathrooms were dirty, the bed was worn and uncomfortable, noisy elevators, poor food selection, very expensive and overpriced food and beverages and some rude employees. Unfortunately won’t return.

Amazing Hotel!!
Hotel muito bom! Quartos grandes e confortáveis. Grande variedade no café da manhã, inclusive uma estação para omeletes, misto, ovos e tapiocas feitos na hora. Jantar vale muito a pena também, sempre com variação na comida e muita opção. Piscinas quentes e com música. Monitores para crianças também foi um grande diferencial. Serviço de manobrista muito bom e rápido. O único ponto ruim no hotel foi os elevadores, apenas 2 para o hotel inteiro, felizmente não tive muito problema pois não estava “cheio” mas sempre me imaginava na alta temporada.

Best place to stay in Olimpia. Amazing food and service. Very Good room, restroom and bedroom. We liked a lot. I strongly recommend. I came back soon!!!!! The Arabian food was fantastic!

Um ótimo lugar para família, quarto muito bom, piscinas ótimas, sala de jogos boa para as crianças, o restaurante do hotel, a comida é acima da média. Porém precisa substituir a televisão, não tem como conectar nenhum app de streaming, como netflix, amazon, youtube, nenhum por ser uma tv antiga. Pra quem tem criança faz diferença.

Hotel não condiz com a categoria que informa nas redes sociais... chão dos andares sujos, quartos necessitando de boa limpeza, principalmente os banheiros onde os boxs se encontram extremamente sujos. Falta funcionários para maiores informações junto aos hospedes, quando solicitado informação pedem para acessar o QR code justificando que lá tem todas as informações sobre o hotel. Hotel possui somente 02 elevadores pequenos para os hospedes, prejudicando assim o acesso aos andares mais altos... congestionamento nos elevadores e demora dos mesmos.

Duas faces do mesmo hotel
A área de lazer do hotel é ótima e bem cuidada, mas os arquitetos foram bem infelizes com o design do hotel, que lembra mais um prédio comercial do que um hotel. O restaurante é ótimo e a equipe muito atenciosa. A recreação deixa a desejar, mas as piscinas compensam e muito! Bem quentinhas, valem o passeio. Além de ter acordo com o HotPark, que já vale a diária.

Bom, mas pode melhorar.
A estadia foi boa, embora o hotel apresente sinais de desgaste, é necessária uma melhoria na manutenção geral, pintura, etc. Conforme outros relatos o elevador de fato é difícil, demora nos horários de 'pico'. Além da demora do elevador, os quartos ao lado dos elevadores são muito barulhentos, por sorte conseguimos trocar, se não seria uma estada muito mais difícil. Recomendo que solicitem quartos baixos e longe do elevador, para evitar o barulho. Solicitamos quartos em andares baixos, mas como estávamos em casal e na reserva constava como quarto casal, informaram que só existiam opções no 12 e 13 andares. O hotel é bom de maneira geral, mas mereceria um cuidado maior, uma TV maior no quarto, toalhas de melhor qualidade, talvez uma reforma ou melhorias nos banheiros. Foi uma boa estada, mas poderia ser melhor. O café da manhã é muito bom, mas o esquema de turnos para o café é um pouco incômodo.

Foi uma experiência excelente. Quarto, alimentação, limpeza, atendimento. Acesso gratuito ao hot beach durante toda a estadia, com transfer. Piscinas do hotel maravilhosas. Ficamos no quarto 1009 e nossa vista do por do sol era espetacular.
