Good stay for a road trip stop. Staff very nice and helpful. Rooms clean, it’s a nice place to stay in a small town. Good Thai place right down the road. Breakfast was good. We would stay again.

Basic motel on the main street in Alturas. Comes with a basic breakfast included. The room was clean and adequate, though some of the furniture is showing its age. Overall though, this motel served our needs well and is a good option in Alturas.

It was an easy and nice stay. We arrived late and were able to contact the property to get the keycard. The cleanliness is decent, open surface was clean. I deducted one star because some apertures werent so clean. Breakfast is ok with basic options.

The service here is great. Sadly, when we were there it was a weekend that they were having baseball tournaments for children. The parents let their children run back and forth until 12 on the first night while they drank and ignored their ill-behaved children. Sadly, it only got a little better on Saturday after the management had asked them to quiet down. The unattended children next to us also decided that banging on the walls and constantly looking through our windows was a good idea, it was not! Again, I blame the parents. The management did apologize to us and were very sorry. Thankfully this is the norm in Alturas and we will stay there again. FYI-when I told one of the children when they were sitting in the middle of the walkway when people were trying to walk by "nice place to sit", his father came out and actually yelled at me he was only 6-at this point I let him know that a six year old should know better than to sit in the middle of a walk way and not to look in other people's windows or do all of the terrible things they had been doing. Of course, he had nothing to say as his other child was sitting facing towards the road on the seconds story with his legs hanging through the railing on the edge of the walkway. SMH-

We did come at the time there was a softball tournament so the kids were running around until 11pm which was annoying but not the hotels fault. The only thing I would suggest is to change out the toilets to chair height.
