The front desk receptionist was very rude after we waited for 20 minutes to get service and she finally came from the back. She didn't want to answer any questions we had. Our top blanket of our bed was dirty and we didn't want to go back to the front so we got blankets from our car.

Our room was a king suite and it was very nice. The bed was absolutey amazing! I was not impressed with the maid service though. Our bathroom did not have a hair dryer, glad I took mine from home. We checked in on Friday, September 26 and when we left the hotel on Saturday, September 27 for our business, the maid service didn't "make" our bed, just pulled the sheets and comforter back up, took our used towels and did not replace new towels for us to use for our next showers. The room was very clean and smelled good. When we get back to that area and need a place to stay, we will try to come back here. Thank you for such a pleasant stay!

Tub in room slow draining. Clothes in closet from previous quest. If coffe table was move during cleaning small trash would have been found. Breakfast was lacking in available food. Room was great, breakfast was good, service was great only disappointment was only 1 working ice machine and it was empty everytime I tried it. Elevator also sounded like it needed service but it did work. Very impressed with room, bed and space.
