In the bathroom of our room there was a used bar soap left behind. Came off that is was as clean as it appeared. Collection of furniture in the back was odd which it did look to be going through a remodel which is great but did make an off look for the back.

The beds are comfortable, but the room was dirty. The pull out matress in the couch was heavily stained. The bathroom was not clean at all. Staff needs better training or policies and procedures need to be enforced. Wont be staying here again.

After a long drive we arrived late at night at the property and we were very disappointed because the hotel was remodeling and had boxes all over the place. We found the room was not clean and looked very old. The towels were disgusting and the bathroom sink has mold. We told the front desk lady about it before we left and only got one " I'm sorry". We called Expedia and they told us the hotel refused to reimbursed our money. Totally unfair.

Stopped here on the way home. Checked in and attendent was nice, attentive, smiled and made us feel welcome. Asked for a restaurant rwcimmendation and food was delicious. We opted for the 2 queen beds 400 sq ft suite. Very comfortable for 3 of us with plenty of walk about room. Easy check out the next morning.

We have stayed at many Comfort Suites and this one certainly didn’t live up to the quality standards. This was a hotel of “no”…no shampoo, no pool towels, no hair dryer or hooks in the bathroom even though the mounts for them were there, no hangers or plastic clothes bag, no sheets or blanket for the sofa bed which we needed to use, no working ice machine, no friendly check in staff, no USB ports in the room, no usable desk chair. The hot tub and breakfast did help to redeem the stay, however. The lobby and hallways were full of huge boxes, so hopefully they are updating this rundown hotel. I would certainly think twice before booking here again.

Front reception greeted us with a smile, room was good for our stay. When we woke up in the morning, room felt damp and moisture was on all our belonging. Phone was very damp along with other accessories. Breakfast had a good range to choose from.
