Staffs is amazing and very friendly, helpful. Room very clean. Accept the neighbour upstairs very noisy. Just thin wall in the annex. Great breakfast. Dog friendly.

This was a beautiful place to stay, stunning location in Grasmere with walks/ hikes on the doorstep. Staff were lovely, helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great too. Totally recommend 😁

This our third stay at the Victorian House. It’s our favorite place to stay in Grasmere. Staff are always great and were even better this year making for a wonderful stay. We loved the afternoon homemade cake provided this year! Breakfasts are always delicious.
