Basic, but comfy.

We needed something very basic, but clean and comfortable. That’s exactly what we had with this property. Pre check in was smooth through a text message. The staff members were polite and friendly. No problems getting another key when we (oops) left ours in the room five minutes after we arrived. (Guess our drive took a bit out of us.) Though it was terribly cold outside, the room stayed nice at 60 degrees. The bed was firm, with clean linens, and quite comfortable. Did not use the TV. Ample supplies, except for cups for water. Since we had our own, we didn’t ask for any. Eco friendly, had we stayed more than one night, our sheets and towels would not have been changed unless we asked. USB plugs in the lamps—more places are including these now! 2 thumbs up! There was a refrigerator in the room, but it didn’t get cold enough for our use. Ice bags that we tried to refreeze overnight were only half done. Forgot to mention that at checkout. Breakfast, nothing special there. Very quiet, with easy access to the highway. We slept well! We will return when the need arises. Thank you so much!

Ive stayed at this hotel before a few years ago. I don't know if its under new management or what but it has definitely gone down hill since the last time I've stayed there. The property is starting to look a little run down, the pool looks like its been out of operation for a while, poop stains in the toliet. It was a cheap room so it's fine but i would not bring my family here.

The staff was really nice but its very dated. Needs alot of work. The pool was empty which was disappointing. Doors slamming part of the night. Breakfast was microwave sandwiches and hostess donuts. Owner obviously doesnt spend much money to upkeep the property. Needs major renovations. Parking lot needs help. Room was clean but chips in the bath tub probably leaks into the floor. I ordered a suite it wasnt just a couch in the room hardly qualified as a suite. Even the building itself was cracked and falling in. Would not go there again many nicer motels next door and across the strest. Baymont has gone to hell.

The hotel is in need of updating. The pool was out of order. The room smelled musty and smoky. It just looked very tired and in need of updating. I don’t think I would stay here again.

Rude and Uncomfortable

Dirty rooms and hallways. When we were cleaning up I asked front staff if we could have a couple extra minutes and they said yes I said I should be out by 30 mins after. 5 mins after checkout they were banging on the door and waiting for us. I was trying to do a quick clean before they came in as I wasn’t feeling good and wanted to do a quick clean of my germs. But when you have someone standing at your door trying to get rid of you. Absolutely disappointing. Not to mention the beds were extremely uncomfortable and the pillows looked like kid pillows.

Cyclone White Out Football trip

We've stayed here before (August) for moving my son back to college. Price was double+, I'm guessing because it was a football weekend. The room needs some upgrading/taking care of. Large single chair was dirty, and the bathroom had several flaws. Toilet seat beat-up, baseboard with kleenex box needed some repair/paint job, as did the outside corner of bathtub. These items didn't cause us to not enjoy our trip, but for the price we paid, expect more.

Smaller but decent for the price

Decent hotel for the price. We did not use pool area while we stayed one night. It's a smaller hotel. parking lot entrance needed potholes filled. Could use some updating but for the price, it served it's purpose
