Order a double bed and get a dirty twin bed room with black mold on the walls and someone else’s hair in the bath, while the receptionist smirks when he says since you ordered a standard room we can give you a twin bed instead of what you booked. The heater for the scrambled eggs at breakfast (the only cooked item) doesn’t appear to be functioning as the eggs are almost completely cold, probably breaking health and safety laws due to the potential bacteria buildup.

It was clean and room was comfortable. It is out of the way to any restaurants or shops. Can’t walk anywhere. Pretty much stuck at the hotel unless you have a car or call a cab. We were there for one night only so it was fine.

Near the Airport
Conveniently near the airport for our morning flight.Cab fare was cheaper than the shuttle. Dinner was okay. Room clean and comfortable. Staff friendly and efficient.

The room, Staff and free breakfast were all Very good and convenient when catching an early flight out of Lisbon. Just be careful regarding scheduling the shuttle from the hotel To airport. Apparently then 7 AM shuttle never showed, so our 7:20 one was too crowded and some people had to wait for the next one. Don’t cut it too close because Lisbon is a very chaotic airport and you may need a lot of time to navigate it! Otherwise, everything worked out great with our stay. Dinner could use a few more options, too.

We stayed at this property due to its proximity to the Lisbon airport and they offered a shuttle service to the airport. The hotel was very new and well maintained. The staff were very welcoming. They had a great breakfast included in the room rate. Great property!
