The airport shuttle and transportation service were excellent, making travel very convenient. However, the room was disappointing. It was not cleaned properly, and the staff seemed lazy and inefficient. The bed had a noticeable dip in the middle, making it uncomfortable to sleep. Additionally, the customer service was lackluster, with little attention to guest concerns. Overall, while the location and shuttle service were great, the cleanliness and service left much to be desired.

Great airport location
Very pleasant stays one night after arrival and later one night before departure. Rooms were spacious clean and well appointed. Staff very friendly, especially Ronald who checked us in very helpful. Airport shuttle ran regularly and on time.

I enjoyed my stay at the WB hotel. There was a shuttle and easy access to the airport. The vending machine helped with snacks. The bathroom was clean. The room was clean.
