I booked this because it was close to the airport and I was only staying for one night before flying back out, but I ended up really liking the room. It was clean, modern, and comfortable. The staff too were lovely!

The check-in was awful. We arrived early to see if a room was available at 11am, it wasn't but they said they would clean and get a room ready for us. By 12 midday it wasn't ready so we went out for lunch returning at 3pm as discussed. The room still wasn't ready and we had to wait in the foyer for nearly an hour.

The staff are friendly and helpful. We arrived at 0700 and they gave us the option to store luggage while we explored Amsterdam until checkin. We loved the large oversized pool with the garden / airplane view. Wonderful variety of breakfast options with fresh fruit, veggies, proteins, pastries, etc. We stayed in the apartments with 2 bedrooms (four beds)…very roomy, kitchenette and dining table/chairs. We were not able to adjust the room or fridge temp so both were warmer than we expected but still manageable. This place is VERY VERY clean…we always saw someone vacuuming, cleaning windows or quickly clearing tables. The shuttle vehicle broke down a few times during our stay however, we were impressed with how quickly they replaced it and continued the free airport shuttle service. Definitely would recommend this hotel.

Great airport hotel!
Excellent property with a frequent and free shuttle to and from the airport. The staff was amazing. The restaurant and bar are very nice. There is an old 747 parked outside too!

We checked in on August 11, 2024 and the front desk person Evelina (sp?) was wonderful. However, when I came back to the front desk and talked to another person, I felt he was sarcastic and rude. I was hoping to give them some tips to improve our stay but I was met with disrespectful behavior. I’m a Marriott Bonvoy member and have stayed in different Marriott brands so I went to the front desk to offer suggestions and ask for basic things that were lacking in the apartment: no soap and sponge to wipe down the sink or counter, no kitchen towels or paper towels, no soap in the toilet closet where there’s clearly a small sink, no garbage can plastic liner (which is OK in the bathroom but kitchen wastes is a different story), etc. The property looks new and near the airport. I would love to stay there again but hope they hire more staff like Evelina.

Fabulous Hotel and a great stay. Make sure you get the breakfast buffet - it was stellar. My family was totally impressed with the entire facility - from the huge JET parked next to the Hotel to the great room, movie theater, spa etc. Note that you need to take a short shuttle ride from the airport to the hotel. The shuttle pick-up is just outside the main terminal area.
