Staff were nice on the first day and then became progressively rude after you checked in, the room was dirty with plumping pipes visible, and room maintenance was basically non existent (they didn't empty our bins, or make the bed, so what exactly were they cleaning?). The parking was absolutely terrible! The ticket machine was broken, and we prepaid for the parking, but kept having issues getting into the car park because it was allegedly 'full' when there were clearly spaces available. Seems like this hotel will just make people prepay for parking without actually reserving a space for them. Also, the hotel felt extremely unsafe. Reception was always unoccupied or the receptionists were chatting among themselves, basically anyone could just walk in and take the lift to the rooms with no issue. The back door also was never locked and you could just walk in whenever. The lockers to keep your belongings safe were also broken. Also, you have to pay a deposit to borrow a hairdryer, and if there are none available, tough luck apparently. Lastly, the receptionists straight up lie. We were told there was free hot water (it wasn't, you have to pay for it). Just ridiculous experience overall.
