The tram station was in walking distance from the hotel. Also, there were tram stickers along the walking path which helped to let me know that I was on the right path (this was super impressive for me). The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. Finally, the food at the restaurant was really good and tasty. All in all, I had an overall wonderful experience and would go back again.

Clean, safe hotel close to the airport
This is a great place to stay if you are taking an early morning flight out if Schiphol. It is very clean and has a nice restaurant. Keep in mind that it is a 10 minute ride to the airport - not far just important to keep in mind. My only criticism is that they charge for the airport shuttle. My assumption sis that most people who stay there are going to ir from the airport so just include it in your rate. I know it is only €5 each way but that is a “nuisance fee”

The lobby area and restaurant were nice and clean, staff was great. The shuttle to and from the airport was very convenient, helpful driver. The room was dated, worn and not overly clean, we were quite disappointed in that, specifically the bathroom.

we got biiig ahh bed and it was awesome :D we had a smol fridge and filled it w stuff from lidl (15-20 min walk), I recommend doing this if u wanna save money from the shop downstairs. If u wanna get into central I recommend walking to matterhorn tramstop and get the tram up, otherwise the next best option is to get the shuttle bus back to the airport and take the train. sick walks if you fancy exploring during the night but there's not much to do.

the staff is great but the rooms are dirty and oudated, full dust, mold, and we saw even dirty toilet and pointed this to the management, dried stool around the toilet...bad cleaners...but the management teied their best to accomodate...but eveb changing toom didnt help....needs some serious cleaners and mold control.

Great Stay Close To Schiphol
We booked the Park Plaza to be close to the airport at the end of an 8-week Europe trip. The hotel was very comfortable and clean, with a convenient shuttle to the airport. A very nice stay.

Location was easy to find and plenty of parking available. Hotel and room were very nice. Slightly disappointing that the games room was closed and unavailable for my children to use. One of the beds in our room was very squeaky and woke me up repeatedly through the night. Also the fire alarm sounded in the middle of the night (around 5.30am) and when we went down to evacuate we were simply told it was a false alarm - no apology or explanation.

Nice place to stay. It’s quite outside the attractions. It’s about 1.2km to then train. It’s about a 25min train ride into the city with one train transfer. Renting a bike from the hotel is also a helpful option too. Cycling is the way to get around here. Overall hotel was nice!
