The air conditioning doesn't work.. why you can set the temperature in your room on a tablet, but yet the temperature never changes. Wasn't hot on our trip, but not was the hotel unbearably hot..bother than that beautiful hotel

The room itself was lovely. Very clean and stylish. The problem was check-in. It took ages as you have to do it yourself and there are a lot of questions to answer. Reception was a person with a laptop perched on a stool. They didn't have the local knowledge that you would expect from somebody with that job. Overall, a nice room but the hotel misses the human touch,

My stay at the Ruby Hotel in Amsterdam was excellent! The location couldn’t have been more perfect right by the train and in a safe, cute neighborhood that made it easy to get around. The hotel itself was stylish, comfortable, and had a great vibe. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Amsterdam!

I booked a cozy room for my stay but it didn’t look like the picture. I didn’t have a sofa or a working station table. Instead I got a circle table with two chairs. My stay at room 416 was ok. When I turned off the light, around the door area kept making a clicking sound the entire time I was in the room. For a light sleeper, it was really annoying. Also, the room wasn’t sound proof. I could hear people talking outside the hallway which disturb my sleep. Overall, definitely get away from the lower floors since it has the communal area where people can get coffee and tea.

Loved the hotel! Easy check in and out. Staff super helpful and friendly. Room was lovely. Only 15 on metro to Central, running every few minutes. Metro only a few minutes walk. Didn't eat in hotel but drinks were reasonable. Would absolutely stay again
