Comfortable stay on the outskirts of town.

Great hotel on the outskirts of town. Easy metro connections to the centre and about a 15 min walk to Amstel train station. Lovely, comfortable room with good sound proofing and blackout blinds. Only downside was the boiling water tap in the galley on our floor was faulty so had to go down a level to make tea.

Wonderful hotel with kind staff. My daughter and I had a lovely stay. We liked the sustainability practiced by the hotel and as a young teen my daughter enjoyed the technology (ipad) controlled room. Hotel is a short metro ride from Amsterdam Centraal with regular trains including late into night. We recommend the hotel and would love to stay at Ruby Emma again

We really enjoyed our stay here - the staff are amazing. Everyone is so kind. I particularly enjoyed Joy, who took extra good care of us. The hotel itself is stylish and lovely. The food and drinks were great. It's a slight trek into the city central, but the train is a 5-minute walk and incredibly easy to navigate. It was nice staying out of the chaos. I would definitely stay here again!

This is one of the nicest properties that I have stayed at in Europe, very modern, spacious and high tech. It is further from the city center but is only a 2 minute walk to the train station, the Wow room really lived up to its name.

Really nice room but boring tv (not unusual) iPad controlled which is so convenient and fun. Room service is on the last side literally the only drawback. Staff super accommodating and friendly. Minor inconvenience which was really my fault was made right with a voucher. Literally only a McDonald’s around to eat but they have excellent breakfast which is new coming from the states. Publix transport around the corner, Ubers come quickly. If you’re getting in late eat first you will starve. Had to be in Paris today but returning for a few more days tomorrow. Nice enough hotel that I didn’t look for other options, just booked them again. Comfy bed, blacked out rooms even in the day time if you close the shades. Deep sleep comes fast lol. Great showers and vanity area.

We had a great experience at the Ruby. Only dislikes were the lack of storage space in rhe room for clothes, no washcloths, and very limited AC. But overall, we had a great stay and would choose this hotel agaib for future stays!
