Found broken pieces of glass in my room. No fan or A/C made it very uncomfortable to stay in, especially when trying to sleep. The floor was rough and uncomfortable. Couldn’t get a cold shower running, it always went hot, which was quite bad given the weather. Wifi was horrible and didn’t work most of the time

Good value, clean, simple room. Needed a bit of maintenance (loose toilet seat) and when asked for a replacement bath mat never received. Overall a decent place to stay with no major disappointments and an economical option in a relatively expensive hotel city.

most certainly not a 3 star hotel. it has a great location and it’s a place to sleep but that’s about it. be prepared to sleep on top of the covers due to unknown stains on the bedsheets. other people had worse experiences, but just know what you’re getting into prior to staying here.

Convenient and affordable. Room has no AC and smelled like a pool, the only real downfall was the no AC. I was drenched. It felt like they were pumping hot air in forever and ever. Not ideal for hot sleepers. All they need is an AC and this would be a prime spot. Other than that it was great for our stay, easily walkable to the city and convenient 3 min walk to tram.

This is no BOUTIQUE hotel. I was kept up most of the night by people making noise in the hall and on the stairs. The bed was old and worn out. I had to use one of the ancient pillows behind my back so I wouldn't roll out. There were ladies clothing in the closet. Yuk! However the bathroom was new and clean. And I had to walk down one flight of stairs to make the elevator work. Unacceptable.

The cleanliness of the room was avarage. Also the sheets and towels were not changed during my stay. Hotel management should pay attention to these issues

Hotel in good location close to leinespliene for trams Lidl nearby and nice sandwich pastry shop across rd for breakfast. Room basic. Toilet not v clean. I used anti bacterial wipes on handles sink and tv remote. Bed comfy sheets and towels clean. Lift noisy but no one moving around between midnight and 8 so slept well. English tv channels a bonus. No te and coffee facilities a shame. Coffee can be bought from reception staff. All staff pleasant. Was surprised by £50 deposit in addition to tourist tax but got it back in 2 days after checkout. Id stay here again for pric

Please Do Not Book.

I would not at all recommend this hotel even if it were free of cost. You can pick any category and they have failed miserably, except location but that does not make up for poorest form of hospitality, cleanliness, room condition, service and anything thay defines a hotel.
