Went way above and beyond for their customers
Super friendly staff loved the shuttle to the parks. The rooms were clean and bright. They looked like they had been newly remodeled. And the hot tub and pull we're really awesome.

My stay was fine for what we needed. Not close enough to walk with tired feet to Disneyland but we did appreciate theyboffered a theme park shuttle. Beds were comfortable. Rooms were clean and honestly some of the nicest housekeepers. Getting into the property is interesting with traffic patterns. My reason for the 4 star rating is the man who was working the front desk on 12/8 in the AM. Who was absolutely rude to me because I accidentally locked myself out of my room. He tried to argue with me that he already gave me two keys. Yes, i understand that I was given two room keys however my door shut as I realized my room key was in my jacket pocket that I left in the room. He was not going to give me another key. Thankfully the sweet housekeeper let me in my room after I proved my identity to the man. I have worked in hotels for 15 years as a front desk agent and as a hotel manager. There is ZERO reason why you could not have given me another key to get into my room. They maybe cost you $2 max per key (probably more like 50 cents). If it was a factor of money you could have said that and I would have given you the cost for a third key. What if I had 3 guests in my room and we all needed a key? Would you have argued with me? The answer should be no.

Just ok
The biggest towels they had in the bathroom, barely covered your whole body. If I was taller than 5 feet two I would need a couple towels. The pump for the soap is in a bottle that is connected to the wall that was high up. When giving my granddaughter a bath, there was no bar soap and I had to lean across the tub pump and then wash her. I had to keep repeating this to finish giving her a bath. One of the outlets by the nightstand to charge your phone did not work as well as one of the outlets on the desk did not work. The shuttle service they offered did not run all day and night. It was at very particular times and on the hour so if you missed it, you were out of luck. The drivers for the shuttle not very friendly didn’t even speak a word to me.

the beds were very hard and the pillows are very hard . this property needs a total upgrade. The door would not open properly and you had to push with your shoulder to open. Would not recommend this Motel.

The property was close to Disneyland with a free shuttle. Unfortunately you couldnt book the shuttle meaning people were missing out when turning up to get a lift. Given it was so close and the service seemed in high demand, I'm not sure why they didnt do an extra drop off outside scheduled times. The fireworks from Disneyland were extremely loud each night after 9pm.

My stay at Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Anaheim At Disneyland Park was average. Overall, it is decent for the price. You can hear the people in the room above you walking around. There was a lot of homeless people trying to walk in the parking lot, the staff did try to redirect them out. The breakfast could have been better. It was VERY limited. There was a leak in my friends room (bathroom), they said they would have someone come look, no one ever came to look at it. The shuttle was okay. The schedule wasn’t the best so we ended up using our own vehicle to go to and from the parks.
