Overall a comfortable stay. Staff was nice. Room was clean, and comfortable. Did not take advantage of the breakfast, but it was available. The parking is not very good. Spaces are narrow. We had to crawl in through the passenger side to get to the drivers side to leave.

Perfect if you plan to go to Disney they have a shuttle that takes you to the park and staff is very nice

The hotel rooms have recently been updated which was nice. The bed was very comfortable. There is a fridge and microwave in the room. The hotel staff was pleasant. The pool was initially a bit murky but then the chemicals seemed to be adjusted and it cleared up the remaining days we were there. There wasn't a place to return pool towels after use so folks just sort of left them wherever which just made the area look in disarray. The jets on the hot tub didn't work. There is a shuttle to/from the Disney parks. They also have a plentiful continental breakfast.

This property was amazing in general! Budget friendly option with great transportation availability. Our stay here was pleasant with no complaints. Room was awesome and staff! However, parking was a little tight trying to find a decent space for my pickup. Other than that everything was great.

The room was really spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. Bathroom was a little outdated, but the shower had great water pressure and lots of hot water so that was a bonus. Very close to Disneyland so we got to see the fireworks from our room. Breakfast was great for a family with two little kids and they loved the Mickey waffles. Person at the check in counter did not seem like she wanted to be there though, definitely not very welcoming.

I have never been treated so poorly by any hotel in my life! This is a D List hotel at best and the staff made my and my families experience horrible. I purchased 2 hotel rooms for the weekend to visit Disneyland as well drop my son off at college. The rooms were a nice size and pretty clean at the first inspection. After I got my room keys one of the maintenance men on the property damn near attacked us saying that we cannot smoke on the property. Which was no problem but he kept pressing the issue which made us feel really uncomfortable. He then went to my handicap aunt who could barely walk re enforcing the no smoking policy while she was in her car. He threatened her that he would report her when she was unaware of that rule. We felt really singled out as soon as we got there and it never ended our whole stay. In the room we noticed that the toilet wasn't flushing properly. We called the front desk and instead of the staff coming in to fix the issue the guy just came to the door and handed a plunger to my partner and walked away. I felt this was the staff job so why am I expected to fix a toilet I didn't break. The next day the same thing It's like they didn't want to serve us. They didn't even care if we had a good experience. They didn't want us at the hotel at all. I have never been so disregarded by hotel staff in all my life. We had another incident in the parking lot of the hotel with the receptionist. They were rude to us for no reason. I was so embarrassed and sad

No park shuttle during the afternoon
Unfortunately was a considerable walk to the parks , because the shuttle does't run in the afternoons. Good transit for $2 / trip just outside the hotel ,and drops off next to the park - unfortunate to have the extra expense for larger families can add up for multiple trips
