Visit our beautiful pool home, which is perfectly set up for 4+ families. There is plenty of space for the whole family. Our home is designer-decorated and has wood floors throughout.
There are four Cal-king masters, three of which have an ensuite. The two remaining bedrooms are children's bedrooms with bunk beds that are full over full. One of the children's bedrooms shares a Jack n' Jill bathroom with the master bedroom but does not have an ensuite. The remaining children's bedroom has a shower/tub combo hallway bathroom access. All bedrooms have a 47'' LCD TV. The bathrooms are beautifully upgraded with granite countertops, custom paneled vanities, travertine tile floors, and custom travertine/marble inlays in the showers.
The open-concept kitchen has granite countertops, custom paneled cabinetry, and stainless steel appliances. The dining room comfortably seats ten, with an additional breakfast nook and kitchen countertop seating. The family room has plenty of seating for the whole family on the oversized sectional. The family room has a 60-inch TV with a DVD player. The home has Hi-Speed Wireless Internet.
You can access the private rear yard with a beautiful in-ground pool and jacuzzi through the sliding glass door. We monitor and control the temperature remotely from our office to ensure it will be on and at the correct temperature when you arrive. Enjoy our outdoor seating and natural gas BBQ Grill.
The game room in the garage has a ping-pong table and a billiards table for the children. A full-size washer and dryer are available for guests to use. In addition, there is a pack 'n play, strollers, highchair, and booster seat for infants and toddlers. The bedding in our home is from Pottery Barn or of equivalent quality.
It is a half-mile walk to Disneyland and about 1.25 miles to the Anaheim Convention Center. You can watch the Disneyland fireworks from the yards. The home has central air and heat.
This house SLEEPS 15 in Beds, and the MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 15 AT ANY TIME (this number is the combined total of overnight guests plus day visitors).
Maximum Vehicles 4. No RVs, Trailers, or Commercial Vehicles.

No Outside Music of Any Kind per Anaheim Code
No Outside noise between 10 pm and 9 am per city code. You must be inside during this time. If the home has a game room, these quiet hours also apply.
Pricing includes a mandatory pool/jacuzzi fee, pool heated to 82, and jacuzzi to 102.
