First time staying in Anchorage and we are so thankful to have stayed here! It was super nice, convenient (as it’s close to the airport and the Uber standby station) and the attached restaurant was amazing. Will definitely be staying again!

This was an easy place to stay. It was clean, comfortable and the check in process was simple. We had to return our rental car, but it wasn't a problem as we were able to enjoy dinner at the hotel.

This place is atrocious. The staff is kind, but the property is disgusting. The room’s window literally faced a wall (yes, think scary movie, brick wall). The TV didn’t work. The halls were so loud with people just walking. If I hadn’t booked on Expedia, I’d have cancelled and gone to another facility.

Close to airport but not clean

Location is good, and late check in was appreciated. The disappointment was with the filthy carpet and overall grunginess of the room and lobby.

The property was slightly hard to identify at night. Parking was in rough shape but plentiful enough. Check in was made difficult with a recent offloading of cruise line customers. I booked this site so that I’d be closer to the airport for an early departure, which overall was not worth it. The hotel was fine but seemed very expensive for what I received.

Not a nonsmoking room

Room smelled of cigarette smoke even though we signed a no smoking policy. This was once a smoking room and no amount of fumigating is going to remove the smell unless the room is gutted, carpet and furniture removed.

Nice friendly staff. No elevators. You will have to carry your bags upstairs. Luckily there are only two floors.TV has a lot of the basic cable channels but only half worked. If you are getting off a cruise ship, then send all your luggage to the airport. Hotel shuttle will only go to the airport. Only one restaurant on the property. But the food is tasty and they don’t charge a lot for alcohol. I got a 22oz draft microbrewed beer for $8.

Difficult to find the front. All the lights in the parking lot are out. Areas of the parking lot were taped off for repair but you couldn't see them in the dark. Front desk greeting was "gimme your ID". Then spent the rest of check in on the phone while putting papers on desk and tapping them with her fingernail. Was told there was a complimentary continental breakfast. Got stuck with a $53 bill.
