Our room had an odd musty odor. The advertisement was far superior than reality. The kicker was that I called from the airport about leaving my makeup bag. They know who cleans on what floor... said it was not turned in. This was unacceptable since I called the same morning I checked out. This is probably the first negative review I have left... you can thank housekeeping for not holding staff accountable!!!

It was okay but....
A couple of lights in the room were burnt out and the vent in the bathroom was dirty. It was the 2nd time we were there in the last month and food situation changed from ordering what you wanted to order to you have to get the buffett. Well when you are trying to eat heathy thats a pretty steep price for a little food. It is also time to upgrade your in room coffee makers to k-cup.....

I booked two rooms from August 5th to 6th from Expedia because this hotel is close to the airport. I arrived at 1:00am on August 6th but only room for my family and I. The front desk told me they overbooked, and only one room would be given me. To put that into perspective, we are a family of five and we had to live inside a room meant for two. They told me they would give me a refund. Their manager had arranged that. After few days I contacted Expedia to get refund and they help me contact their manager and they didn’t approve. That’s ridiculous. How terrible of the management!!

Restaurant staff wasnt very attentaive, I sat at the bar for 10 mins and was never acknowledged by the staff. ATM machine in the lobby was broken. Tub had hair in it. Window air conditioner rattled when on. TV wouldnt turn on, had to get maintenance to fix it only to have it freeze 50 minutes later and wouldnt turn off, had to finally unplug it. Not worth the price.

Nice location
We appreciated the airport shuttle and cozy clean room. The view was wonderful as well. The only downside was having to wait to check in at exactly 3. If they could update that, it would be a smoother process.
