Would not recommend anyone staying there more than 2 days. No free coffee. $4 a cup. Rooms were nasty. I’m a pilot and love airplanes but the noise there is really bad

The hotel was overall good but overpriced for what they offer in dining, especially for breakfast. They won’t work with you directly if you book through a third party. I had an issue with my flight being delayed 3 times and my initial check-in time was going to be 1 day later than expected. I called the hotel about my situation and they would not accommodate me with my late check-in. I had to call Expedia to try to resolve the issue and not lose my reservation as a no-show because I was running late after their check-in time frame. Talk about stressing me out. And, to top it off I paid for my trip a year in advance. All was paid for especially the stay at the hotel. After an hour of being on the phone with Expedia in trying to fix my issue with my check-in, we finally got there at 2 am. The hotel started to charge my credit card the day missed and every day after that for each full stay while we were there halfway through our stay. I started noticing credit card alerts. If we hadn't had credit card alerts we wouldn't have noticed until after we had probably gotten home. And everyone knows what a hassle it is to try to get credit back that is owed to you. It took tow days to rectify with the hotel and a waiting game to get our credit back. Its a beautiful scenic area but not worth the stay for such an over priced hotel.

The Hotel is next to the airport and a lake that is an airport as well. For the price of the stay the breakfast was subpar, and overpriced. This is a continental breakfast and should be included in the stay for everyone. The room we stayed in was severely outdated. Definitely time for the Hotel to be remodeled.

We enjoyed our stay. Friendly stuff. Comfortable beds, Good restaurant. If you book this hotel knowing there are water plains going back and forth dont complain about the noise. We would stay here again.
