I didn't like that there was a strong smell of cigarettes and the room smelled strongly of cleaning spray, I slept with the window open. Good spa, friendly staff. But for that night that I paid for, I think maybe I would have preferred to stay somewhere else.

The front desk staff didn’t speak English and i had trouble communicating. The hotel manager promised me several times and no action was done to solve my problem. Very disappointed on their services and promised solutions. I was also a platinum member and no efforts were done to welcome us.
