It was quiet and the room was clean. The lady at the front desk was very nice and welcoming. The carpeting was stained, only 10 channels on the TV, and no extra blankets in the room.

First room they gave us we walked in to people in bed. Second room they gave us we again walked in to a room with people in it. The third room the smoke detector batteries were dying so there was a constant beep until we had them come change the battery. Ice machine in hallway just dumped water all over at all times so there was wet floor signs up and mildew and mold next to the machine. The floors everywhere had stains on them. The staff was very nice but for $500 for two nights pick another place.

No jacouzi and cold pool
Subject: Request for Refund Due to Misleading Amenity Information Dear Customer Service Team, I recently stayed at [days inn wyndham ann arbor], which I booked through Hotels.com, primarily due to the advertised amenities—specifically the jacuzzi and pool. Although this motel was a 30 km drive from our intended destination, I chose it because my wife was looking forward to relaxing in the jacuzzi after a long work week, and my kids were eager to swim. However, upon arrival at 8 pm, I was informed by the front desk that there was no jacuzzi. Additionally, the pool was located in a separate building, requiring us to walk outside in the cold to access it. This setup was not communicated in advance and was highly disappointing for my family, leading to a stressful stay rather than the relaxing experience we had anticipated. Given the inconvenience, unexpected travel distance, and additional gas expenses, I kindly request a partial refund to reflect the lack of promised amenities. I trust that Hotels.com values customer satisfaction and transparency, and I look forward to a prompt resolution. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Best regards, Majid Guessous

The staff at the Days Inn was amazing!! We went to the Michigan Michigan State football game and someone walked my dog a few times while we tailgated and enjoyed the win!! Thank you!!

Hotel was awful!! Very dirty. TV and phone in room did not work. Called from cell phone for maintenance and they never showed up. Stains on lamp shade and walls. Dirt all over. A pay by the hour hotel may have been cleaner.

The entire hotel smelled like mold but our room had mold all over the ceiling and smelled absolutely terrible. Didn’t even stay overnight because the smell was so bad. Also mold on the shower curtain and stains on the bed and carpet. Unable to get another room as they were fully booked. We ended up leaving at 3AM.

The room was not very clean and one pillow per person. Dead bird on balcony that has obviously been there sometime, light hanging by wires, while broken part lays beneath it. Apparently no quite hours, due the lound parties into the early am hours.

Going to give this place some tough love. We stayed for the msu football game. The location was great as the shuttle bus drop off was right across the street. There are several restaurants within walking distance and there is plentiful parking on site. The hotel itself is supposedly under renovation and it sure needs it. We didn't get to use the pool but it was decent sized but didn't see any towels and the water seemed cool to the touch. Hours were 10 -10. We missed breakfast but they gave a nice little dining area with tables and booths. Our room was spacious with a new fridge. Nice tv and microwave. We were surprised to find a jacuzzi tub in our room but unfortunately it wasn't able to be used with no way to put water in it. The bathroom was large but there was a issue with the plumbing as the drains would gurgle when flushing the toilet. Had a nice little balcony with locking door. We were on the upper floor. I know this place had gotten some real nasty reviews and i think some of them were pretty harsh. While this place is in need of some tlc is good for a quick overnight stop, and once they get all the renovations made it will be a much nicer place.

Low-budget hotel that met expectations at that price level. Room was adequate; clean and as described. Breakfast was simple - coffee, juice, packaged pasteries, bagles to toast. Walls were thin, so it was a bit noisy.
