We had an amazing stay!!! Frim the beginning checking in with Hannah to Donovan helping me then Marlon adding late checkout when I thought I had already done that & Donna from housekeeping being so understanding when I was still running on slow from my previous night's sleep study at the VA & meeting Becca on our way out. I didn't get the gentleman's name who keep the wonderful breakfast buffet stocked. It was an amazing spread!!! We'll definitely be returning!!!

I was given keys to room 420, when I reached the room there were dirty linens on the ground in front of the door, & the door was propped open. I did not even bother opening the door all the way. I just went back to the desk. Upon arriving at my second room assigned 436, again the door was propped open by a dirty washcloth although the room did appear to be clean. I called the desk and the person had no explanation as to why this was happening nor did they offer any compensation other than another room. I agreed to just stay in this room as I really just wanted to get in shower and sleep as I was staying local to my work d/t weather. I have stayed here multiple times over the past few years & will never return.

The hotel was old and the carpet in the hallway was obviously stained. My tv didn’t work but the maintenance guy was very nice and fixed it. I noticed the next morning that my bathroom hadn’t been completely cleaned. I left the door open because it was just me and really only had to wash my face before sleeping. I got in later in the evening. In the morning I went to shower and found a used towel hanging behind the door and there was a used soap bar in the shower and several hairs left behind. I looked past the carpet and tv issue but the bathroom was my biggest issue. I didn’t complain because the front desk girl was very helpful and polite. If my family had come with me I would have complained.
