check in was quick and they were friendly. The property needs to be remodeled, sits next to an Applebee's that is not running, is closed. The property looks to be sitting in a business park, perhaps not habited.

The staff, especially Lexie, were top notch when it came to customer service. The cleaning staff was friendly. The rooms were clean. I felt safe! This will be my hotel when visiting my family.

I have stayed at this property during three separate occasions now. I love that this was formerly a Hampton Inn so the structure is very nice, aside from a few things being run down & the stained hallway carpets, but I'm not too worried about that part. Staff is very friendly & welcoming, very laid back, so it makes it easier to relax. My only concern are the "interesting" people who hang out outside the hotel smoking & watching us walk in, & I'm not one to judge, but I definitely got a bit creeped out a few times coming back to the hotel at night. Overall, though, the beds are clean & comfortable, the a/c worked, breakfast was sufficient, coffee was decent & lots of channels on the tv. Staff was just the icing on cake. Will definitely book here again!

We have stayed at Larkspur Landing before. Each time the stay has been great. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The property is always clean and orderly. The breakfast offers a variety of selections. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Great stay
One night stay enroute to a farther-away vacation destination. The facility was clean and quiet, the bed was comfortable, and there were dining and coffee choices nearby. Will definitely return!
