The hotel was old and the carpet in the hallway was obviously stained. My tv didn’t work but the maintenance guy was very nice and fixed it. I noticed the next morning that my bathroom hadn’t been completely cleaned. I left the door open because it was just me and really only had to wash my face before sleeping. I got in later in the evening. In the morning I went to shower and found a used towel hanging behind the door and there was a used soap bar in the shower and several hairs left behind. I looked past the carpet and tv issue but the bathroom was my biggest issue. I didn’t complain because the front desk girl was very helpful and polite. If my family had come with me I would have complained.

Love this Hotel. We have used it many times as we have to go to a hospital in that area every 6 months. The Staff is friendly, and helpful Rooms are clean and comfortable

There was no breakfast food available or anywhere to sit in the poor excuse for a dining area. After about 25 minutes someone brought out some disgusting scrambled eggs which we passed on. When we arrived, people were shouting in the entryway and in the parking lot which was in terrible condition with huge potholes.

A surprise deposit on the room. Then the first first room room was unmade and had much visible damage from former guests. Final room was not that great but we were pretty tired and it worked for the night. Also pool was down. hadn't been made up and there was damaged very badly by the former

Breakfast was very limited. Room was clean but bathroom floor had broken tile. I would considered staying again if breakfast was improved. When you needed front desk they were gone and you had to wait.

Breakfast was okay, nothing great. Quality could be better and a little more variety. Parking was easy and safe. Cleanliness was a disaster. Hair in the bathroom, smoke and weed smell in the hallways. No black out drapes or curtains so you wake up early morning due to the light. We would not return again.

Only thing good about the stay was a decent breakfast. Stuff not very friendly. Swimming pool not working. Shower was awful and no toilet paper. No military discount. No cleaning service. No fresh towels
