ok long travel to hotel , when booking liked that there was a jacuzzi and pool. when i went to sit in jacuzzi the knob to turn on was taking off switch. a couple were swimming in pool stated they were told knob was taking off due to the water that the jacuzzi displaces onto floor around it. ok it is a pool area and every time i got out of pool there was water all over floor ... was disappointed and did not sleep well.

Nancy at the front desk on Monday when we arrived was so welcoming and compassionate. We were up there due to a death and she was so kind. Easy parking. Nearby restaurants. The hotel is designed so no noise is heard from others guests, like doors slamming or elevator dings. Breakfast available.

Disappointed that pool was closed “due to an incident” Our reservation included breakfast but we had to inquire and show proof. Pool hours need to be longer even if they were open. Staff was nice. We had a great breakfast but the guy at the counter was also the cook. Understaffed. We had toilet issues while there, sort of solved but you need access to maintenance after hours. Room clean, mattress could be softer.

Clean Not Quiet

Disappointed there was no room service. I’ve stayed at Marriott’s before and have always had a good experience until this time. People across the hallway were partying until 1 AM and I had to call the desk twice to complain. The walls are paper thin and when the next guest arrived I could hear them talking until 2 AM. So do not recommend If you are a light sleeper…

This is the second time that we've stayed here in the past year and the general condition has gotten worse. The hallways were hot and humid as was the elevator. The floor indicator in the elevator wasn't working and it sounded like it needed some maintenance. The side entry door didn't close properly and wasn't latching, which presents a security issue. On the bright side, the rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. Also, when did hand soap for the sink go away. We are returning this summer but will be staying elsewhere.

Upon arrival, we proceeded to check in and were issued our room keys. However, upon entering the room, we discovered that it did not match the accommodations we had booked. We had reserved a room with a king bed and a sofa but were instead given a much smaller room with only a king bed and no additional seating or bedding options. We returned to the front desk to address the issue and were informed that the hotel was fully booked. The staff's response was disappointing—they stated that my daughter would “just have to sleep on the floor with blankets.” This is unacceptable, particularly for an eight-night stay that was booked and paid for well in advance. The overall experience has been far from satisfactory. The hotel's appearance is underwhelming, and the atmosphere has been disruptive—on one evening, children were playing football and yelling loudly in the courtyard at 11:00 PM, requiring me to contact the front desk due to the noise. Additionally, the breakfast offerings were disappointing. The food appeared to be prepackaged and reheated items, yet it was still overpriced. It’s also worth noting that complimentary breakfast, once a staple of the Marriott brand, is no longer offered. Do better Marriott
