Bad service without towel in swimming pool. My package include breakfast and dinner but cannot change to lunch. Room juccuzi is so dirty. Even no bottles of water provided at room.

Beautiful Hotel in a not so beautiful location
Beautiful Hotel, just newly opened and all the furnishings are beautiful, hotel is located in a very quite area, easy to access pool loungers etc. Area around hotel is at the beginning stage of development and is bleak and semi derelict when you look out from your balcony but the hotel itself is superb. It is close to 9km from the old town centre where all the restaurants and shops are, so its a €10 taxi ride approx either way so factor that into your consideration . Not near a beach but it has a lovely pool to relax by. If you want to relax by the pool every day then this hotel is perfect for you, if you want to walk and explore the town maybe consider a hotel nearer town centre. It does reach over 40 degree heat in the summertime but there is a lovely breeze.

My first impression was not that good as I arrived late and there was nothing nearby , but the staff was very friendly and helpful, Hakan was in the reception he helped us with the super market and ordered us food, the overall staff is very helpful with everything and make your stay amazing. I would recommend everyone to try this place as it’s very nice and peaceful. Also not far away from the airport and the city or anywhere you want to go .

Les appartements suite sont plutot spacieux et confortable. Tout est en bon etat cependant nous n'avons pas du tout aimé le petit dej, il netait pas du tt varié manque de sucré pas de jus dorange etc.... Le lieux ou se trouve l'hôtel est dans un secteur en construction donc vous ne pourrez pas vous promener a pied dans les alentours. Il faudra un moyen de locomotion ou taxi.

Wir waren als Familie 10 Nächte in diesem Hotel. Das Hotel ist ziemlich neu. Die Betten waren gut und bequem. Die Dusche und Zimmer waren sauber. Die Rezeptioninsten waren alle, insbesondere aber der Ali, waren nett und hilfsbereit.die Zimmer wurden täglich gereinigt und das Putzpersonal war sehr nett. Das Pool war sauber. Im Keller befand sich der SPA- Bereich mit einem türkischen Bad(Hamam), Sauna, Dampfbad und Massage , sowie Wellness- Bereich. Die Entfernung zum Beach (ca.11 km) und zum Zentrum (ca. 8 km )ist ein bischen weit. Der eigene Strandbeereich aber mit dem kostenlosen Transfer gut erreichbar. Da wir einen Mietwagen hatten, war alles kein Problem. Ein kleiner Markt war fussläufig zu erreichen. Wir würden das Hotel gerne wieder buchen.

Von Samstag bis Dienstag mit meiner Frau & meiner 1 Jahr alten Tochter gebucht, kein einziges Mal war das Reinigungspersonal im Zimmer.. nach einer kleinen Diskussion an der Rezeption war das Personal dann da hat aber auch nur den Müll vor der Tür geräumt. Spa war OK aber nicht zuviel erwarten… für 3 Personen gab es nur 2 Badetücher & nur eine Zahnbürste! Frühstück war täglich gleich - nicht sehr viel aber OK das Hotel ist sehr neu also Zustand Perfekt & Optisch sehr gut im Umkreis von Hotel ist zurzeit nicht sehr viel, sehr sehr viele Baustellen & auch sehr viele Straßenhunde, die Gegend sieht sehr verlassen aus, wird aber in paar Jahren bebaut. Die Zimmer sind gut aufgebaut, eine Küche im Zimmer, jedoch leider kein einziger Küchengegenstand wie Messer, Gabel usw….. wir haben nicht mal eine Flasche Wasser im Zimmer gehabt. Fazit: In Antalya bekommt man um diesen Preis sicherlich bessere Unterkünfte

Super hôtel calme parfait pour se reposer , le petit déjeuner au top niveau , le personnel super gentil toujours a notre disposition pour toute question, la piscine grande et la chambre spacieuse car ses une suite il y avait tous , ce qui ma plus ses la machine a laver qui ma été tres utile .je recommande cet hotel

Appartenant très sale, 0 hygiène. Pas de distribution gratuite de bouteille d’eau Pas de repas le soir sauf une carte de menu qui ne change jamais. Le petit déjeuner est tout les jours pareil. Pas de transport à côté et les taxis travaillent avec l’hôtel donc très cher. Le personnel désagréable.

Hotellet var riktigt fint, de städar varje gång man klickar på en knapp. De gör allt i sin städning, till och med organisera om ni vill det. Maten var god personalen var riktigt bra. Finns inget negativt med att bo i hotellet. Riktigt bra upplevelse, dock var det långt bort ca 20-30 minuter beroende på trafik från centrum. Men hyr man bil är det inga problem, och tack vare att de ligger nära flygplatsen kan de pressa priserna.
