Great location, great place
We stayed here 2 years in a row for New Years Eve. Great location! Lots of restaurants & cafes outside your door. We could walk to fireworks (a big bonus with a 5 year old). Modern decor / appliances. Also can walk to the Christmas village. Would be great in summer & for film festival as well. Check in is via lock box which is convenient.

Super convenient location, directly across from the beach and casino. Nice shopping within easy walking distance. Room was clean, comfortable, and perfectly sized for a couple staying for a few days.

Florella Croisette is very well located in Cannes center - as indeed the hotel name indicates. We rented one of their largest units, spacious, etc. There were problems: 1) very noisy 1st floor location:, just above one of the busiest streets. 2) noisy toitet: after each flush a device grinds the flush-out so it can pass trough a thin pipe into the drain ...

Beautiful apartments
Very clean and comfortable. A few repairs required doing like the toilet seat was wobbly and the taps not fully screwed in The sofa bed wasn't the most comfortable. However shower is powerful. Very modern layout. All utensils and crockery available. Even a dishwasher and washing machine present. Staff were very hospitable they provided a place for us to leave our luggage and gave us a discount on a late check out. Would definitely recommend this place.

Lovely Simple Apartment, Great Location
This is a lovely little apartment perfectly located for the Cannes Film Festival, right by the Riviera. I loved it. It was clean and felt moderately new, everything was simple and easy, and it was exactly what I was looking for at the price. It IS right above a restaurant, which can be handy or a nuisance, depending on your perspective. This is NOT a hotel, it's a simple apartment with a kitchenette, I never dealt with staff face to face.

Great location
The apt is in a great location across the marina, walking distance to the popular places. Also directly above restaurants. Parking lot is a public lot across the street, cost 23 euros a day. The unit was spacious with a full kitchen. With a little maintenance; tighten the faucet, replace a toilet seat and a fresh coat of paint, the place would be perfect.

Thieves have keys to the rooms
I was robbed by someone with a key to the room! I left my room locked and someone came and stole my credit cards, iPhone 6s, cases for the phone, Bose headphones and a very expensive Carolina Herrera jacket. In total more than $ 1500 US dollars. I contacted the police and the investigation is ongoing. But the management of Florella hasn't contacted me at all. They won't show their faces. Every time I called them to complain it was a French ONLY speaking girl I the phone. Management never contacted me. They refunded me for the stay. But not for the stolen goods (1500 US dollars) I had to cancel my trip to Prague (since I no longer have a passport) the consulate has given me a safe conduct for me to go back to my country (Perú) but I lost plane tickets to Prague and 4 nights of hotel stay because without a passport I can no longer travel, only go back to my country. They give me no answer and the fact is that the key to the door of the building is given to every client and they don't change the keys. So any previous renter can make a copy of the key, enter the building and rob your things as they did to me. No doorman, no cameras, no English espeaking person on the phone 24/7. It's a nightmare. I wish I could have told all this to the manager, but after the robbery (except fo refunding me) NO ONE SHOWED THEIR FACE. NO ONE. I'm still waiting to know if I will get a refund for my goods too. 1500 US dollars is a lot of money. Besides I was there to work at the Mipcom congres.

Great location for beach, shops, restaurants.
The apartment was modern, clean & well equipped. Beds were very comfy & there was always plenty of hot water for showers etc. The location was perfect for the beach, the marina, shops & supermarket & restaurants.The old part of Cannes was only a short walk away too. The central location means you can hear the noise of the restaurants etc at night but this didn't bother us at all. It might be a factor for families with young children. All in all, a great self catering option in an expensive town. We hope to stay in the same apartment next year.

L'appartement est conforme à la description, bien placé. Cependant le sol était incroyablement sale, les pieds collaient et étaient noirs de crasse. Nous avons dû laver 2 fois à grande eau le sol pour obtenir quelque chose d'acceptable. Le tout malgré un forfait nettoyage de 50 euros, qui n'a pas été remboursé malgré le signalement.
