This is a low-budget hotel that charges mid-range prices. The internet service was poor; I couldn’t accomplish anything during my stay. The bathrooms are tiny, and in the shower area, water pools. The sink lacked a drainage lid. During my stay I had a cold shower because the water heater broke. The bed was uncomfortable, and the pillows and decorative pillows were to say the less groos. They are ready to be trashed. The sofa in the lobby needs new upholstery, but instead, they improvised with cheap cushions that don’t even match the color. Wish I could include pictures in my review. I read previous customers’ reviews but didn’t pay attention. Lesson learned: I’m not staying in a hotel rated less than 9/10 again.

Lovely friendly staff, 24 hr front desk. Clean charming property. Might be good to know beforehand that, as with many old places in Antigua (and Guatemala in general), your toilet paper is not flushed, it goes in the bin. A little odd if you are not used to it. We had baggies with us but none were provided. That would be the only negative critique. Nice hotel with good eating deals at sister properties. Pablo overnight is great at his job!

The location is great. No ice machine, no mini fridge, and NO air conditioning. My room was upstairs with a small window. Very hot and just a malfunctioning fan. The hotel is cute but I hope they had better fans.

Hotel hermoso, habitaciones divinas, tenía el VIP access, saber cuál fue, nunca lo ofrecieron o dijeron. Me hicieron vambio de habitación después de como 30 minutos de qué les dije que la TV no funcionaba, y ellos ya lo sabían y aún así me dieron esa habitación. La recepcionista amablemente pidió hablar con los de oficina que le autorizararan el cambio, nadie contestó. Hasta que le preguntó a su jefe inmediato, le "autorizaron" el cambio de habitación. El parqueo si queda re lejos, si lo dice al momento de hacer la reserva, pero no está tan detallado de donde queda. El café que ponen de cortesía MAGNANIMO, FELICITACIONES. la habitación muy linda, nos encantó

Horrible internet, was getting 0-5gb and that was intermittent, dropping on and off. The tv was not working, it did get fixed, that take quite a while to happen, but they should’ve just moved me to another room.

The property has nice gardens and it is one of the only hotels that offer coffee at 6am and not much later like others. when we saw the pictures online it shows people eating at the tables by the coffee station so we assumed they had a restaurant but it doesn’t…a bit misleading. The beds are not the most comfortable ones and the rooms have no A/C so it an get hot. They do offer a small fan but it still felt hot. On the other hand the staff is AMAZING!!!!!!! Everyone helped us with a smiley face and made us feel comfortable.
