We actually stayed at sister hotel Casa del Parque. They switched us unexpectedly. Casa el Parque was very loud, right next to a night club that played loud dance music. The beds were also very hard. The location was convenient and it was otherwise very pretty.

This is a beautiful hotel recommended by friends who live in Guatemala and stay here when visiting Antigua. It did not disappoint. The staff was super helpful and friendly. Only disappointment was we were planning to have breakfast here each day but were told they were not offering it in November. Not sure why. Would definitely stay here again.

Good stay, with a nice roof top.
Stayed for 3 nights and was happy with the decision. Overall, a nice hotel, in a decent location; close enough to the main part of town to walk to everything. Rooms were well fitted, and had everything needed except maybe a fan. The only main issue with the hotel was the noise. It is right by two different party venues, so you had that noise, which was fine for me because I need noise too sleep. The main issue was I am not sure what was happening on the top floor, but there was constant banging of items and you can hear someone constantly walking. This would continue until about 11pm, but was also happening at 6am when I was awake. It happened all 3-days.

Its a beautiful place. Very peacful ambience. What needs attention is that their was a foul smell in our room all during our stay. Prob from the septic system Also, the front desk personell need some upgrade as far as knowlegde and communication. Too reserved. The 2 gentleman that welcomed us at check in were an exception. Very attentive and welcoming.

Frisman Brauun Was an excellent employee. Very professional and helpful. Standard rooms have mold all over walls and have foul smell. Rent the premium/ deluxe rooms. Seating areas are very nice. Rooms are noisy and you can hear what they saying in Other rooms. Rooms not soundproofed. Beds are comfortable.

Limpio, tranquilo aunque se escucha de una habitación a otra. No tiene restaurante ni ningún tipo de comida. El cuarto es muy oscuro y la iluminación mala, no hay espejo de cuerpo completo. Las camas son cómodas, la habitación espaciosa. Hay tv, pero su servicio de cable nunca funcionó. Quise pedir transportación desde el aeropuerto y me pidieron una foto de mi tarjeta de crédito por ambos lados. Un gancho estaba roto y me lo quisieron cobrar. Buena ubicación. Los de la recepción son amables. Hay café a cualquier hora en una cafetera en el vestíbulo y el café es rico. Tiene una buena terraza y un jardín bonito, lastima que no puedas comer ahi.

everything is good about this hotel. I just got annoyed that they charged me 150 Q ($26 CAD) for few stains on towels (my hair color stained towels which could be gone by washing)
