The staff are kind and friendly. The accommodation was nice and clean. Short Walking distance from the station, shopping center, transportation and basically everything. I had a lovely stay and will definitely come back in case decided to visit Antwerp in the future. Thank you A-Stay for the hospitality. ^_^

Its a very nice hotel. Its a great location close to everything thats good about Antwerp. Its a shame the streets by the hotel are full of dog droppings, homeless/unfortunate folk all around the station. It smells bad on those streets by the hotel. Its not the hotels fault...but someone from the municipal services needs to do something.

The light options in the room were really cool, the little shop downstairs is very convenient and i was able to borrow cutlery without a problem, also ice machine since it was very hot was a nice touch. Staff are nice too :)

Great location near train station and shopping and dining in the main district. Staff is nice and helpful. Incredible prices. Rooms are spacious and comfortable but both rooms we stayed in weren't clean enough, the floor was not even vacuumed.

Hotel must have been good when new but no repairs or updates have likely been made for example our toilet would not stop running, our rain shower sprayed everywhere except down and the hand shower leaked from the base, the shower pan would not drain and besides all that the water leaked out. The hotel itself is still a decent value but what ruins it all is the staff. The male front desk staff member was downright rude and arrogant. The other front desk staff were good. Overall if a better value exists nearby, I suggest taking it. We will not stay here again!

Overall it’s a great please to stay specially if attending festival and want to stay close to train station. Clean, great breakfast and a gym. Rooms were clean and very friendly staff. The only minor issue we had was the shower drainage that was not properly let the water go and it was stuck. We informed the staff but it seems like it’s not a issue to be fixable quickly.

Super cute and modern hotel. The room has tons of little practical details. Very clean. The all in one shower was a little inconvenient since it got all wet. But it might have been a disabled room? Huge bathroom though. No way to open the windows to air. Super close to the train station and great for Tomorrowland

For the price I was expecting something of less quality, but this hotel surprised me, the lobby is incredible. The staff offered quick help for my queries. Room was clean, modern, convenient, more than enough for what I paid. The TV was Smart so I could watch movies from my streaming platforms. I loved it!

The shower was not draining and the shower head handle was broken and the water was spraying all over. I shared with the front desk the first day - was told it will get fixed and it was not. We were offered the room next door to shower as we did not want to move after we unpacked.
