Better to stay outside the city and take the tram
Not worth the money by any means. Not a nice area and signs everywhere prohibiting prostitution and drug sales. The location is sketchy and they put everyone’s keys into envelopes in the same lock box to be picked up. Either they forgot my envelope or someone else took it, because the box was empty at 16:30. There was no one in the office during the 30 minutes we waited which were posted as normal office house. I called the 2 phone numbers listed (left VM) and emailed twice, no response. We left and got dinner and I tried calling after hours. I finally got the late duty residence manager who was a nice guy and helpful.

Cheap stay
You get what you pay for in this case and this was an inexpensive room. The hotel is old and seems to be also a hostel of some kind perhaps. Many people were smoking out the front of the building each time we came in or out. Reception did not open until 4pm so we could not check our bags early. The room was clean enough but very old and run down. However we had a comfortable sleep and the hotel is located close to many buses or an easy 15 walk to the city centre.

A perfectly adequate and very spacious room and clean. Television reception poor. Shower door not in good state of repair. Sound proofing not good as could hear snoring from room next door

Warning regarding the internet!
Warning!!!! iEverything was ok except if you have to use the internet there is a download maximum which in my case closed my connection already after 1 hour of normal office use! That is redicolous and unprofessional. I was not downloading any films etc! It will be a dealbreaker in the future!
