11:20PM incredibly loud Indian wedding directly beneath us was very disturbing. No coffee maker, crappy instant coffee. No robes or slippers. Old worn-out furniture was in severe need of refinishing. Excellent location.

We had a great stay. The property is in a perfect location for Antwerp and the staff were very nice. The hotel is a tiny bit dated for devour but it didn’t bother us at all. Everything was comfortable and well thought out. Would stay again!

This hotel is in a great central location. Rooms are big but a bit dated. Quiet rooms, the best fridge we’ve ever had in a hotel, our drinks were kept icy cold throughout. Good size bed. Car parking was very expensive. No hotel discount on parking, no alternative because on street parking is for locals only. Car park seemed very safe, secure and spacious. You can go direct from car park into the hotel. Hotel didn’t seem to have any information for tourists, no maps, points of interest, nothing. Not in the room or reception. Hotel lifts were fast and frequent.

Fabulous hotel and placed in the middle of absolutely everything. Very nice and clean and feels like a five star hotel lobby. Short staffed on all the days we were there, so only one or two people at the desk but it didn't make any difference to us. Totally recommend it.

I loved everything about this hotel. Very good location, parking is easy. Though it would be nice if the hotel had an arrangement with the parking management to have in and out privileges for the hotel guests. Room was spacious, clean. Breakfast was great. Lots of choices. We had lunch there as well, enjoyed surroundings while sited outside. On check out we asked for 2 bottle of waters as we were heading out and to our surprise Alexander, the front desk clerk, treated us with a small bag of Belgian chocolates in addition to 2 water bottles. Chocolates were so goood! Thank you to Alexander from Bulgaria!

This is THE place to stay in Antwerp. It's the perfect location in the heart of the city and a very nice room with a good firm bed. The morning buffet has everything you could want and then some at a very reasonable price.
