Great place to stay by Antwerp Central
We stayed on the junior suite on the 8 th floor, it is very comfortable and have a magnificent view of the train station and the plaza, really enjoyed it

Fun experience
This hotel must've been under construction so we had to check in at the Bluu Radisson acorss the street. We did have to use our keys to open the street door, and then wait in what was like a decontamination chamber for the first door to close in order for the next door to open into the building. It was only a very minor inconvenience because the hotel was so nice and comfortable, as well as convient being close to the train station.

Great location, very slow service, I waited for at least 20 minutes to be able to get an access card to the gym at the Raddison Blu hotel. The gym was too basic. The room was so small and the bathroom door doesn’t open all the way hindered by the toilet seat. No sockets next the bed.

Pillows. Better and more pillows should be provided. Main hotel recept and all services are located at different property. So any help or assistance you need will come from there

The hotel’s profile on your profile on your website implies that it is a standalone hotel with its own staff, reception, bar, at least a breakfast bar yet it has none of those. It’s simply a downmarket bedroom annex across an often wet and rainy street from the Antwerp Radisson Blue.

The reception is not at the same site, though nearby. This was a surprise and detracts slightly from safety. Room was clean and spacious. The tub plug was unfortunately not functional. Near to transport and shopping.

Fabulous Antwerp
The location right across the square from the train station is great. Check in was a bit of a trial as I was instructed to check in at the other Radisson across the square and they were not coping with the number of people checking in at once. My hotel lobby was being refurbished so that was the reason. The room was very large and very comfortable. This was great value for money in terms of location- a -15 minute easy walk to the Old Town with its museums and fabulous restaurants. Definitely would stay again.

when we arrived after booking twin beds were told much to the amusement of your recpionist you only had double left We are 2 men . After not accepting that and much tooing and frowing we moved to radison blue . The room was ok but all the toiletries were 3mpry i complained yet they were never refilled . cwrtainly wont be back.

I only did not like that my room was the very few in a level the elevator does not reach. I did not expect to have to carry my luggage a flight of stairs. Other than that, nice, clean, center of plenty activities of a hotel. Basic essentials met!

Close to antwerp station. Staff were friendly in general. Bad experience: - late check in (close to 4pm) before room was available. Though hotel follow up with allowing late checkout. - room did not provide water. We thought that the water in lobby is complimentary to self pickup. In the end those water are chargeable at Euro 3.50... this is ridiculous. Water in the mart opposite charge Euro 1 - corridor was narrowest i have ever cane across - room look old and cleanliness is meh. The only good thing in the room is unfortunately the dark blue colors of radisson blu. Have stayed in better radisson blu chains. This is probably the worst in design. - plugs in the room are in odd positions: seem to cater more for housekeeping than for guest. Eg. No charge points by the bedside or near desk. Had to unplug the lamps point to make space for my phone charger. - tv switch on its own during the night such that i had to unplug the tv from its switch.

Everything was great, except you had to go to Radisson Blu to go eat breakfast , it wasn’t a long walk but still, other then that it was great, just a few steps to the central train station.
