"High end resort in Koh Samet, at Saikaew Beach. Comfortable room (premier), very good staff, nice pool, fantastic beach. Breakfast was good, but for the roomrates incl. breakfast, it could be better. High end resort, but also high priceses on food and drinks."

"Best beach on island in my opinion. Room needs tlc. Bed ok quite peaceful. Transportation is quite expensive to anywhere. Nice restaurants walkable. Need more beach chairs as have the people who put towels on chairs and leave for hours. Hate that. All spots gone by 7 am and nobody there until hours ..."
