I like that is located in the heart of downtown capital Apia, easy accessibility to shopping areas, but has a feeling of seclusion nestled amongst trees, beautiful garden as if it is in the countryside, when it is in the town/city.

The hotel is far from a holiday accommodation place. The room was very smelly, the BO of the previous guests could be smelled outside through the open window. The sheets were stained - probably washed but still not clean. We decided to move to some other place. The place is older which is not a problem - if only it was cared for and properly cleaned.

This place is very clean compared to many other hotels in Samoa. Pool is nice. Hotel location is about 10 minutes from the town. Breakfast is okay but you can't rely on that. Last week they did not have eggs. They provided baked beans and bread. You need be aware that they go into your room while you are not there and turn the AC off.
