A realidade nao condiz com as fotos divulgadas.
Comprei seis diárias com cafe da manhã. Ao chegar no hotel no check-in ja foi questionada ( duvidando da minha reserva), que o hotel não realiza reserva com cafe da manhã incluso. E mesmo mostrando meu comprovante de reserva, não adiantou. Precisei entrar em contato com hotels.com para enviar um comprovante para o hotel Aracaju suites. Outra coisa que me chamou atenção: - os funcionários do hotel não usam uniformes, como também EPI ( Equipamentos de Proteção Individual), que é obrigatório em empresas. O quarto reservado não foi o mesmo que me ofereceram. Não disponibilizou lençol, somente lençol de elástico em tamanho menor (ao amanhecer o lençol estava solto, pois não era compatível ao tamanho do colchão), e um sobre-leito. Foi necessária solicitar com questionamentos um lençol sem elástico para me cobrir (informando que ocorreu atraso de entrega pela lavanderia, serviço é tercerizado), que permaneceu durante toda estadia. Inclusive cheguei a comunicar que não precisava ter retirada o lençóis, se não tinha o kit completo para repor. As toalhas estavam tão desjastada que havia rasgos, e a cor era cinza ( encardidas). Ao questionar, falaram: "- Senhora não é culpa nossa, infelizmente é da lavanderia". Como se esta questão não fosse de responsabilidade da direção do hotel. O cafe da manhã é oferecido no 4⁰ andar , pelo restaurante MILANO. Porém, os alimentos são expostos à temperatura ambiente sem nenhum tipo de proteção (não são cobertos, e nem refrigerados), e o Rechaud a

Pontos negativos: 1. chuveiro ruim, velho, sai pouca água e a água espalhada; 2. Não tem frigobar no quarto; 3. Detector de fumaça fica piscando o tempo todo, o que pode atrapalhar o sono; 4. Acabou a energia, não tinha gerador, ficamos no escuro até a madrugada; 5. Muito lixo na entrada 6. Toalhas encardidas. A toalha de rosto era “piso”; 7. Entra-se por um estacionamento e, logo na entrada, tinha uma grande quantidade de lixo acumulado; 8. Não dava para abrir a janela do quarto, porque tinha uma cortina inteiriça que ficava atrás da cama, isso dá uma sensação ruim; 9. Café da manhã pago e bem simples. Teve um dia que não tinha café. O atendente buscou para mim, acredito que de uma garrafa de funcionários; 10. O lugar é meio “fora de mão”. Não dá para ir a pé para lugar nenhum. Pontos positivos: 1. Atendentes da recepção muito simpáticas; 2. O banheiro é espaçoso. Em resumo, se for para uma noite apenas, acho super ok, mas para ficar mais dias eu não recomendo.

Hotel de baixo custo e baixa qualidade
Hotel ruim, com localização ruim e sem nada por perto. Praia mais próxima é impraticável. Café da manhã cobrado a parte , R$26,00, acaba sendo a única opção, a não ser que vc se disponha a fazer compras no mercado e comer no quarto. Quarto pequeno, cama horrível, super dura. Cinco dias com dores nas costas. Limpeza mal feita, cabelos pelo chão do quarto e banheiro e o cúmulo, havia uma cueca de outro hóspede embaixo da cama
