Foi horrível, na chegada mesmo sendo idosos esperamos cerca de uma hora para fazer o check in, cheguei dia 28 de dezembro, dia 30 solicitei a limpeza do quarto, não trocou as toalhas, solicitei a troca não foi ralizada, a noite já com outro recepcionista reclamei, conseguiu apenas uma toalha, tentei falar com o gerente, o mesmo falou que resolvesse com o recepcionista.Sinceramente derespeito total

Estavamos voltando de outra viagem e paramos para dormir A pousada ainda esta em obras. O atendeimento nda recepcao foi confuso pq segundo a pessoa que estava responsavel o sistema havia caido. O mesmo nos enviou msg quase 2h da manha pra pedir documento No nosso quarto tinha uma sacada onde havia 3 motores de ar condicionado bem barulhentos. Desligamls o nooso ar mas ainda assim nao conseguimos dormir pq um outro fazia uma zuada enlouquecedora
