Foi minha primeira vez viajando para Aracaju, pesquisei muito sobre a cidade para saber mais sobre os bairros e os hotéis. O hotel é maravilhoso, fica em um lugar bem localizado próximo ao arco de Atalaia, achei os quartos super organizados, pessoal da recepção super atencioso e prestativo, o café da manhã achei normal como de qualquer hotel mesmo. Fiquei no total de 10 diárias e não tenho do que reclamar

Um hotel bastante agradável e com diárias que cabem no bolso. Muito bem organizado, com café da manhã delicioso. Roupas de banho e de cama bem branquinhas e limpinhas, o que deixa o lugar mais aconchegante. O único problema, e não tão relevante, é que a porta do quarto em que estávamos estava um pouco ruim para fechar e abrir. Fora isso, foi incrível. Recomendo

O atendimento foi muito bom, mas no meio da madrugada o ar condicionado do quarto parou de gelar. Funcionava apenas a ventilação. Lençóis e roupas de cama bons e limpos, mas não havia coberta no colchão. Banheiro muito pequeno, meu esposo precisava passar apertado no box do chuveiro. Café da manhã razoável. Bom custo benefício.

O atendimento dos funcionários é muito bom mas a limpeza do quarto que me hospedei estava a desejar, era nítido que a limpeza é feita de forma superficial pois encontrou muita poeira em partes altas dos móveis e isso é muito ruim principalmente pra quem é alérgico a poeira! Outro ponto que precisa de melhorias é com relação a manutenção do blindex do banheiro e porta de entrada do quarto que estavam bem desgastados gerando ruídos que incomodam não só quem está hospedado no quarto mas os demais hóspedes que estão no mesmo andar !
