Great stay in Araraquara
The hotel is modern, new construction, and very well decorated. The room is spacious and very comfortable. Breakfast is delicious with all the Brazilian pastéis, cakes and plenty of fruit. The service is outstanding.

I made a request on the reservation for a specific room or side of the building, four day ahead and with 4 available on the side, and did not happen, I even called on the day before to make sure they were aware of the request, they said they knew about it and that I would only know by the check-in. Anyway, a very good hotel, with not a good reservation and reception, which could have made it as well.

Cama horrível.
Eu já fiquei nesse hotel muitas vezes, dessa vez fui para a mesma categoria de quarto com cama king, solicitei a troca de quarto e colchão, disseram que trocaram, pois das outras vezes não era tão ruim o colchão, era muito bom e a funcionária me falou que trocaram todos, colocaram colchões horríveis que parece uma tábua de madeira, diminuíram padrão em qualidade de travesseiro e não tem edredon, uma pena que um hotel que sempre que vou para cidade da família da minha esposa, não irei mais, pelo simples fato de mudarem o mais importante, a qualidade na hora de dormir.
