Standard chain motel. Disappointing check in which was automated (no reception staff) at 1700 hrs, and required a credit card to access room/door codes, then charged us again, despite this being a pre paid booking. Room fine for this price point. Breakfast again Ok for this price point.

Automatic check-in cumbersome
Practical and fair stay, but they need to improve the automatic check-in process. Hotels.com issued a confirmation number that is not accepted by the check-in machine. And that’s true for all B&B hotels. I had to get phone assistance to check-in

Good hotel, clean and well-kept, although the car's nav system did not know where it is located. Had to use Google Maps on my phone instead. The room was smaller than what we expected, but the mattresses were cozy and comfortable. Staff was helpful and friendly. There is a LIDL right beside the hotel too.

Convenient to the interstate. This small BnB is fine for a quick stop over. There's nothing in the area to visit but it does share a parking lot with a discount grocery store. The room was small but perfect for one night. Internet access was good. I'm not sure about the cleanliness of the beds. There was no top sheet, just a comforter. We left the room for breakfast and got back to gather our things and the room had been "cleaned" - sheet not changed. It looked clean when we arrived and everything else looked clean but when we left the staff was gone and reception was locked up.

Functional luxury
This was our first experience with B&B Hotels after staying almost exclusively in F1 hotels in France. If you're familiar with F1 hotels, this hotel is very similar, slightly more expensive, but has all the details missing from the F1 (shower towels, private bathrooms, air conditioning, carpeting, thicker mattress). Given that it is the same corporation that owns both hotel chains, you could say that this is the improved version of the F1 functionality with more comfort.

Liked the area and the receptionist was really helpful with telling me where to have dinner, it was yummy and the view magnificent. The only thing was when I came back I wanted to plug in my phone and there didn't seem to be any noticeable sockets so I was on the floor following cables. Even cheaper roadside hotels I've stayed in on my roadtrip have spare sockets easily found. Also a light was out in my hallway bit. But other than that, I would come back and stay here as a stop off on the way to Calais.

Another excellent stay at B&B Perpignan
We've used this Hotel many times as a stopover. The place is modern, clean and bright and easy to find. The staff are excellent nothing is too much trouble for them. Breakfast is of high quality and good value. The car parking is also secure.

Clean and quiet convenient hotel
Rooms very clean. A very quiet hotel. Very practical automatized system for checking in. Very convenient and good value hotel. I would definitely recommend it and I'll be using it again.

The first time I've stayed in a hotel with nobody there on arrival, only a machine like a parking ticket dispenser. Checkin is annoying, by screen input which asks for a booking number, which I thought was my Expedia number but wasn't. I then had to call customer service who gave me the hotel booking number. After going through screen input again, I was still left standing in the outer entrance as the door to the lobby still refused to open! Very unfriendly, until I called customer service again who explained that I needed another number to get in. The hotel is nice after you get in, but impression was spoilt by the above.

WIFI needs improvement
The hotel room was clean and well organized. However, the room was very small. The bathroom was very small. The wifi only worked intermittently (at least in our room) and we were frequently disconnected. Parking was convenient, onsite, and free. If the wifi had worked well, it would be a convenient, modern, functional and economical place to stay.
