Hill top tranquility
Well resourced kitchen and in room facilities. Good location if you want to be away from the hustle of the local resort lifestyle. Could be a destination itself for a weekend getaway. Lovely vistas for an evening walk over the golf course and from the ruins. Some interesting relics of the Basque culture can be found on the buildings. Nice spot.

internal phones were out of order for the whole week. As we had 6 appartments spread out, this was very inconvenient. Reception staff very friendly. Otherwise we would go there again

Le séjour est très correct dans l'ensemble par contre je suis très déçu qui n'est pas eu la piscine et qu'on est facturé plein pot. Il serait nécessaire de vérifier que l'eau chaude est fonctionnelle dès le premier jour et on pas le second. Les choses à positive c'est qu'il est très très bien situé par rapport aux endroits touristiques de la région.

Estuvimos cuatro días en un ambiente muy tranquilo y natural, nada de ruido. Realmente se puede descansar. Está muy cerca de la frontera lo que te permite organizar planes muy diversos. San Juan de Luz, Biarritz y Bayona, hemos estado un par de días recorriendo los alrededores. El apartamento sencillo pero muy cómodo.

Ben en fait j'aurais bien laissé un avis si nous avions passé le séjour à arcangues mais du fait qu'ils ont retardé l'ouverture d'une semaine que nous n'avons pas été prévenu par vos services je ne peux pas donner d'avis maintenant j'attends toujours votre réponse au mail que je vous ait fait parvenir il y a maintenant 3 jours alors que je devais recevoir une réponse dans les 24 heures. Comme je ne veux pas porter préjudice à l'établissement J'ai donné les notes maximum

Estuvimos 2 noches con mi marido y mis hijas, todo perfecto a excepcion de la tv que cuando llevaba un rato se pixelaba, se lo comentamos a la rexpcionista y llamo al tecnico, pero le dijimos que estaba ok, ya que no queriamos estar esperando, la junta de la bañera un poco negra en algun sitio. Lo que no me gusto es que tuviesemos que hacernos la cama. El entorno es muy bonito, tranquilo , pegado a un campo de golf y a un cementerio ( esto ultimo no viene indicado) pero tampoco esta muy a la vista. Las camas son muy comodas, las almoadas no tanto, hay un parque con tirolina muy cerca que esta muy chulo y una tienda justo enfrente para abastecerte de comida. En general Bien, pero no lo elegiria para vacaciones de verano ya que no diapone de a/a. Pero para una visita corta, por el precio esta muy bien.
