Beautiful Villa with Amazing Host
Host was very understanding of our late arrival and was very helpful. The villa is super pretty and offers 4 rooms for 2 guests in each room. I would highly recommend staying here!

Great property. The access road is very tight. Rooms are very nice with individual heaters. Main kitchen under repair so that was a negative for our big group. Nice view.

Das Ferienhaus war sehr schön, die Zimmer nett eingerichtet. Der Standort oben im Dorf war wunderbar und der Pool war mega toll. Die Vermieterin hat innerhalb von wenigen Minuten geantwortet auf fragen und war sehr nett.

Insgesamt sehr schön, man muss allerdings überall mir dem Auto hinfahren, da das Haus in einem Ortsteil liegt, in dem es sonst nichts gibt. Also immer mindestens 3 Kilometer Autofahrt. Das Haus ist sehr schön, jedes Zimmer hat ein eigenes Badezimmer. Es gibt kein Wohnzimmer, braucht man aber im Sommer nicht, da man sich von früh bis spät auf der Terrasse oder im großen Pool aufhalten kann. Das große Grundstück ist komplett eingezäunt, also perfekt für einen Urlaub mit Hund.

Gute Ferienwohnung mit Mängeln in der Organisation
Bei der Ankunft an der Ferienwohnung wurden wir herzlich von der Gastgeberin begrüßt. Dabei viel direkt auf, dass die Kommunikation sich als schwierig erwies, da die Gastgeberin wenig englisch sprach. Leider gab es kein handout in der Ferienwohnung bzgl. Ausstattung, wichtige Kontaktadressen, Vorschläge für Aktivitäten und allgemeine Informationen. Beim beziehen der schönen Zimmer, ist teilweise aufgefallen, dass die Sauberkeit ins besondere in einigen Bädern eher zu wünschen übrig lies. Die Ausstattung der Küche war gut, jedoch hätten wir uns über eine Spülmaschine gefreut. Die Übernachtungen waren gut, jedoch viel negativ auf, dass am 2. Tag der Hausmeister ca. 2 Stunden mit einem Freischneider und einem Laubgebläse gearbeitet hat und dabei wenig Rücksicht auf uns als Gäste genommen hat. Außerdem wurde der Pool in der Zeit gereinigt und konnte deswegen nicht genutzt werden. Positiv zu erwähnen ist, dass die Gastgeberin sehr nachsichtig mit uns war, als sie erfuhr das leider zwei Liegen kaputt gegangen sind. Und die Nachbarn teilweise aufgrund der Musik nicht schlafen konnten. Gesamtfazit: - gute Unterkunft für Freundesgruppen - sehr schöne Lage - toller Pool - nette Gastgeberin - jedes Zimmer hat eine eigene Klimaanlage - Sauberkeit muss dran gearbeitet werden - Ausstattung eher minimalistisch (Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Küchen Utensilien etc.) Vielen Dank und beste Grüße vom Wolfgang Petry Minigolfclub

agréable séjour dans une belle région d'Italie
maison agréable sur une crête, au calme, belles chambres avec lits de 160, le beau temps nous a permis de profiter du jardin et de la terrasse, et nous avons apprécié la piscine, nettoyée régulièrement. J'ai fait une liste de ce qui nous manquait à la cuisine et Maria Letizia nous a gentiment tout apporté. L'accès en voiture étant étroit, nous l'avons souvent laissée sur le petit parking en bas de la rue, trés pratique.

Bon séjour à proximité des Cinq Terres
Nos quelques jours en famille chez Maria Letizia se sont bien passés , les chambres sont très confortables avec une clim réversible dans chacune , des places de parking sont disponibles dans la propriété . Petit bémol peu d'équipement en cuisine mais Maria Letizia nous a apporté ce dont on avait besoin. La petite rue pour arriver est très étroite , conseil ne pas avoir une voiture trop grosse . Petite astuce pour la gare de départ pour les villages des cinq terres , éviter la gare centrale bondée et prendre le train à la Spezia Migliarina qui est juste avant .

Struttura molto carina ma...
Abbiamo passato tre notti per festeggiare tra amici l'ultimo dell'anno. La struttura è stata ristrutturata ed è molto carina, con un bello spazio, sicuramente meglio d'estate. Peccato per la strada molto molto stretta per raggiungere l'abitazione, la scarsa pulizia delle camere (ragnatele, polvere e resti di ospiti precedenti nei cestini e sul pavimento), la poca cura dei dettagli (mobili montati male, alcuni con le ante smontate) la cucina in cui ci era stato detto che avremmo dovuto starci tutti (eravamo in 11) in realtà è al massimo per 6 persone.

La casa molto bella spaziosa anche per 12 persone.... è suddivisa in modo tale che ogni coppia abbia la sua privacy...ogni camera il proprio bagno con doccia... La strada per accedere a casa è davvero stretta.... auto grosse difficilmente passano, quindi bisogna lasciare auto in piazzetta e farsi 250 metri a piedi...cmq soggiorno di 3 giorni in 12 persone è andato bene...

Si vs êtes un groupe ( ns étions 9 ) et vouloir visiter les 5 terres , c'est là que je vs conseille . - positif : proprio super ,belles chambres , 20' parking gare La Spézia ( 1€ heure ) - négatif : petite cuisine et chemin étroit mais ns avons pu passer avec notre fourgon ( bon chauffeur )

Das Haus befindet sich am oberen Ende des Dorfes. Der Zugang zum Haus ist sehr schwierig, mein Freund und ich haben unsere Seitenspiegel abgebrochen. Wenn Ihr Fahrzeug groß ist (z. B. ein Bus), gibt es keine Möglichkeit, durch die engen Straßen zum Haus zu gelangen. Positiv zu erwähnen ist, dass Frau Maria Letizia sehr nett war und auf alles einging, worum wir sie baten.

Super maison familiale ! Isolée de tout, en pleine nature et en même temps à proximité des commerces. Le chemin d'accès est très étroit et peut faire peur quand on arrive mais nous avons pris ce chemin tous les jours pendant 15j avec un lodgy et une 5008 sans problème ! La maison est climatisée c'est un super Confort! La piscine est grande et entretenue tous les deux ou trois jours . Au niveau équipements cuisine, il n'y a pas grand chose, on a dû racheter un épluche légumes, des couteaux d'office, on a apporté notre cookeo pour compléter, il n'y a pas de four, pas de micro onde, pas de machine à laver , pas de lave vaisselle ni de grille pain.... Nous sommes restés 15 j il a fallu aller au lavomatic. Sinon hôte disponible au besoin par téléphone et réactif. Pas mal d'insectes, prévoir les produits anti moustique pour la fin de journée ( l'hôte nous a fourni à notre arrivée) Chambres confortables et salle de bain attenante à chaque chambre, ce qui est un réel plus quand vous partez à plusieurs comme nous ( nous étions 8). Un très bon séjour pour nous. Nous recommandons vivement cet endroit. A proximité de la Spezia, des plages, des cinq terres....et proche des accès autoroute.

Vacation with friends
So we were there with 12 people and the description on here says that there's enough space for 12 people with 5 rooms in total. For us that wasn't quite the case. Since we were traveling with 5 couples, the two boys left had to sleep in the kitchen. But they didn't complain and said it wasn't bad. The area is really nice and the house is okay. The view is very pretty and the pool is big and deep enough to comfortably swim in. Attention people with wide cars: The way up to the house is really thin. We were the with a VW Bus that fits up to 8-9 people and a VW Golf. We didn't go up the whole way with any of the cars because the drivers are beginners and we were scared that we were going to hit something. It is possible though to get up with a really small car but I wouldn't recommend it with a bigger model. There is a parking lot in walking distance though which is big enough. Also remember that this is a country house so don't leave snacks out in the open because herds of ants will come really fast. The owner is a really nice and helpful woman that shows help we needed quickly. I can recommend the house, we had a nice time there!
