This is the only hotel/motel I have ever stayed at that did not have a window in the room. The breakfast was subpar, the walls were paper thin so you could hear everything and the bed was very soft. On the plus side, the staff were very nice and helpful.

We had an interior room, no windows. Just a door to the hallway and still we could hear everything from other rooms and the road. The queen bed was a queen mattress on a full box spring so the edges had no support and basically couldn't be used. There was one outlet in the room that we could access. The fridge was plugged in there so essentially there was one place to plug in our items and this meant we couldn't use the lamp in the room, only the overhead light. There was one spot to plug in the bathroom but it was also the light switch. There was no place to rest anything while using it. I did try bringing a chair over which worked ok but it turns out the outlet didn't work anyway. We didn't pay a lot for the room but still I didn't think it was worth it. I will say that the front desk was very kind and helpful.

every thing as advertised, Initially we had some issue with hot water in the shower, hotel representatives were very attentive and kind, they quickly changed the room for us and everything was great there on, good experience overall

The staff was great at check in and check out. I did not like that there was no hot water at all. Reached out to front desk and they told me to leave the water running for 30 minutes and the water never heated. They do not change your towels or clean the rooms while you stay. Also, the breakfast menu and flavor needs improvement.

The building has a mildew smell all the time in the main lobby extremely strong. The free breakfast was really nasty, cold, hard eggs and the French fries were raw. For an emergency stay its ok.
