Huge property with a gorgeous view.
Diego personally greeted us when we arrived, showed us around the house, introduced us to one of the cats on the larger property (super friendly), and answered all our questions. Throughout our stay he was incredibly friendly, personable, and punctual (it helps that he lives in another house on the property).The view from the property is gorgeous and the nearby town has great restaurants as well as a gas station. It's a calm, easy going environment. Be aware that the road the house is off of has some potholes so take your time getting there. Also the path to the driveway from the road is made of stones so it's a bit bumpy. All that said, I would absolutely stay here again. Totally worth the winding, hilly drive around the lake (which became kinda fun by the end of the trip. Just take your time and watch out for the adorable coatimundi.

Spacious Home with ALL THE VIEWS!!
The check in process was fantastic. Easy to communicate with the owner. The house was very clean, very well setup, and close to town for food and drinks. The owners recommendation for food places were fantastic. The little bakery in town in fantastic, and the German Cafe was amazing. Now for the views. Holy smokes! They were amazing! The lake is beautiful and can be seen from both floors. Nice and quiet at night with a nice cool breeze for cooling the house off at night. The pool is a perfect place to cool off at night. And the big dining room table hosted a fun game night for the family. Can't say enough about the house, views, and fantastic host. Thank you all so much for letting us into your home for our family vacation to Costa Rica! Pura Vida.

Beautiful home with a gorgeous view
Our host Diego was very helpful with giving us information about the area. The house was absolutely beautiful and well kept. Could accommodate large families as it’s very spacious. Beautifully landscaped yard with outdoor eating area and bbq. The house was stocked with everything you might need. We could use their double car garage. We had a very enjoyable stay!
