In a peaceful hamlet surrounded by green fields and close to the forest, this renovated farmhouse offers a haven of peace in the Berry province. It is ideally located near the Pellevoisin sanctuary, the Argy castle and the charming village of Palluau-sur-Indre. You can also discover the Brenne regional park with its ponds and rich biodiversity.

Not to be missed: the Beauval zoo, the Haute Touche animal park, as well as the castles of Valençay, Bouges and those along the Loire. On one level, this charming house includes a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and a lounge with a sofa bed for two people. It also has two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two single beds), as well as a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a separate toilet. There is also a second bathroom with toilet.

Outside you will find a laundry room equipped with a washing machine and a dryer, a garden and an enclosed courtyard, as well as a garage and parking. Tranquillité et confort
Un accueil chaleureux, la location est très bien équipée et très propre. Nous sommes arrivés un jour de pluie, le lendemain nous avons pu apprécier le paysage environnement avec un beau soleil. Location située à moins d'une demi heure du ZooParc de Beauval, c'était très appréciable de retrouver le calme après la journée dans la foule du parc. Une adresse à retenir que je conseille sans hésiter.
