My wife and I recently celebrated our first wedding anniversary here, and we couldn’t have imagined a more perfect getaway. From the moment we arrived, the warmth of the staff, especially Joel, set the tone for our entire stay. Joel went above and beyond to ensure we had the experience we hoped for, even upgrading our room when the original didn’t quite meet our expectations. His kindness, attentiveness, and professionalism truly made us feel valued, and we would return just for the exceptional service he provided. Our suite was incredible—spanning two floors, it featured two full bathrooms, a spacious balcony, a full kitchen, and stunning views. The moment we stepped into the hotel, we were greeted by a welcoming, cozy atmosphere with a crackling fireplace and inviting chairs, perfect for unwinding before heading up to our room. In the lobby, we discovered a refreshing filtered water station with flavor options; the lemon-mint was our favorite. The first night, we enjoyed the heated pool and hot tubs, which were just the right temperature, and the facilities were spotlessly clean and well-maintained. We also treated ourselves to a couple’s massage at the on-site spa—a truly unforgettable experience.
