Very good reliable hot. Clean, tidy, staff efficient and friendly on the whole. Gluten free, dairy free options readily availability. Staff engaging and ready to help. Very comfortable lounge to relax, good sized bedroom and reception and a great place to return to. Thank you.

Clean modern rooms
Pleasantly surprised by this good value centrally located hotel. Room was modern and very clean. Very spacious and all amenities you would expect. Staff were friendly from check in to breakfast. Food was excellent. Very impressed and hope to be back!

The reception is warm and welcoming. The rooms are of a high standard. Evening Dinner and staff are amazing. Only thing I would say is the breakfast was really over cooked, bacon, black and white pudding

While some of the staff were incredible, the rooms, alarms, and lack of concern about unsafe conditions were frustrating as was the hotel’s unwillingness to provide any offer of restitution for significant challenges.

Would have given 5 stars but checked in went to room and it wasn’t made up, looked a right mess. Went back to reception to tell them and fair do’s immediate apology and free upgrade to a superior room Restaurant is closed mid week but the bar food is excellent with a good choice

The hotel was clean and well maintained, friendly staff, beds were comfortable, bathrooms were perfect. Evening meal in the bar was tasty and serviced with a smile. But, the breakfast was very very poor.
