The guy working the front desk was rude. When i told him i had reservation he told me ita not there and i don't know when it will be there could be inatant could be 3 hrs or even 6. When i asked for phone number to check back in he said i dont know whatever it is huat google it. I had to call expedia to change my reservation

The room was not clean. Pillow cases were visibly dirty. The ac/heater unit made a ton of noise. The floor was uneven and VERY CREAKY. But for a place to just sleep, Ive slept in worse.

This was once my favorite place to stay. The shower and water pressure were amazing after a full day of driving. It was quiet and well kept. My room wasn't clean. The desk and night stand tops looked like they hadn't been cleaned in awhile, the floor needed a vacuuming and the shower head leaked terribly. I will no longer be staying here. The only thing this place has going for it is the staff. They're all very pleasant and accommodating. They are what made this place bearable.

Terrible Stay!!!!!
After check in I was given keys and then o left to have dinner when i returned I went to open the door to room with my key and walked in to a man sleeping in my room. When I went to tell the night manager. She then went to talk to the man and realized that that room was given to him from another attendant at hotel. Then the manager gave me another room that was so filthy dirty and smelled so bad I couldn’t sleep from the smell of stale and dirt. The bathroom light didn’t work. I told her and she said I would be reimbursed but never was. I will never ever stay at this hotel.

Nothing has been properly maintained. There was a large hole in the floor that had been carpeted over, outlets that did not work, no striker plates in the door frames so the door was super sloppy and barely locked. Internet did not work so I had to supply my own to be able to use my computer.
