In the summer, you’re just down the road from the Blue Lake Springs HOA recreation amenities of Snowflake Lodge & Fly-In Lake, which include 2 lakes, a swimming pool, playground, tennis, volleyball, summer activities, and much more (guest fees apply). In the winter, benefit from quick and hassle-free access to Highway 4, ensuring a comfortable drive up to Bear Valley Ski Resort. The great room provides plenty of room for all to gather and is adjacent to the dining area and fully equipped kitchen. There are 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom also on the main level. Upstairs is a spacious loft (doubles as the third bedroom), a half bath, and a fun reading nook overlooking the great room.
