Our room was nice. The hotel parking was not available so we found a space on the street. The access to our room was not accessible via elevator.

Good location in Arras with parking . Ate in the hotel restaurant in the evening but breakfast was 18€ each so gave that a miss

Lovely Arras
Good location and good for parking if you prebook. Friendly staff. A little tired but not bad for the money. Overall a lovely stay. Arras is a great place to visit and only an hour drive from Calais

ARRAS STAY
Lovely hotel, our view was of a roof so not the best but for the price that was to be expected. The room was pleasant except it was stuffy even with a supplied fan running. Separate toilet and shower room, which unfortunately smelled of damp. Apart from these small things we had a hood stay with a nice evening meal in the hotels restaurant.

The staff at this property went above and beyond. They let us check in early after a redeye. Incredibly hospitable. Beds were comfortable. The square is within walking distance. Overall an easy stay.

Very good for the centre of the town. Short walk to all restaurants and night life. Easy to get too. If you have a large car, eg Range Rover Vogue may be tricky.

This is an okay property. A bit lower than Canadian standards, but not bad. The only real complaint was the noise. Just a lot of lound hallway noise and very squeaky floors. Would stay here again. Just not in the same row of rooms with the squeaky floor.

Hotel l'Univers is a fine old grand hotel. Our room was satisfactory, good beds and bedding, fine bathroom/shower room. Great buffet breakfast. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Very well located in central area, close to darn near everything. I would stay there again.
