Absolutely perfect accomodations with attentive owners!
Excellent location for visiting Biltmore Estate and Ashville. I own a B & B and know what goes into preparation for guests, maintenance of facilities, and providing hospitality! We were having problems starting gas fireplace (as we are old) and owner was there within minutes. This lovely home has my highest recommendation!

We wanted to do a quick trip to Biltmore while decorated for Christmas and our college age sons were home for break. This was the perfect property both for the layout and its location. Everything clean and well stocked. You didnt feel like any corners were cut.

Great Setup for Family Thanksgiving in Asheville!
Excellent property for an adult family of 4 visiting with relatives in Asheville over Thanksgiving. Clean and well-appointed. Kitchen had everything we needed and in good working order. Property was nicely decorated, beds were comfy, bathrooms included plenty of towels and shampoo/soap. Convenient and easy drive to downtown, Biltmore, outlet shopping and Blue Ridge Pkwy. Owners were very prompt and thorough with replies to my inquiries. Highly recommended!

Lovely Property
The lighting in kitchen could have been brighter, need to fix the arm on one dining chair, switch out the uncomfortable white chair in living room, maybe firm up the bed in the bedroom without the treadmill and replace light bulbs in the upstairs bathroom (not master). The master bedroom was amazing. The property was quite comfortable and we enjoyed our stay there.

This house was very nice and the owner, Tracy, could not have been nicer! We gave our friends the master bedroom and they loved it!! We had the room with the queen bed and it was quite comfortable! Some of the drawers didn’t work and the ceiling fan in that room didn’t really work properly but all in all, it was a very nice house and we had a great time! It’s only about a 10-15 minute ride into town. We really only had 2 nights and 1 full day, as we left early due to the impending hurricane.

Good base for Asheville
My family enjoyed our stay. On the positive side, the house is a good base to stay when visiting Asheville, with easy access to highways leading to and around Asheville. It is also very convenient to the airport. The house is a good size with a very large kitchen and master bedroom and bath. On the down side, the kitchen needs more silverware and cups. Some of the bath towels need replacing. There is no usable outdoor space except a small patio which had not been cleaned. The house is painted dark brown so the house seemed dark even though it has many windows.

It was clean and well appointed in a very nice neighborhood. The location was centrally located to the attractions. Everything worked well and the kitchen was especially nice with Kuerig capsules and a separate coffee pot. We were very comfortable.
